Great service and excellent service on reception thanks

Location was good, friendly staff.

The TVs are outdated unable to connect a fire stick. Had to move rooms as TV was unwatchable due to poor signal

Was clean friendly

Pillows we're abit thin for me im a large person but my partner thought they were absolutely fine so maybe a preference issue

Staff were lovely and very helpful

Some cosmetic updating required

The room we had , had spiders hanging from ceiling about 4 on whole ceiling cobweb in corner of wall half way down was quite large also toilet seat was broken no screws on one sidee was all reported in end husband done spiders for me and no one came to fix toilet seat

Not choir, good parking very nice compact room I stay all over the country. We work mainly premier and Travelodge. I would definitely put it up there with Travelodge.

Big comfy bed, hot shower, very quiet room (at rear far end of corridor), free parking.

WiFi wouldn't work, shower cubicle very small, bathroom fan not working so too much steam in room, stains on carpet and chair, mould on shower tile grout. No breakfast included.

First floor room with a very large comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Vending machine for crisps/chocolate/drinks and good food at Smokehouse Pub next door. No shops nearby but bus stop outside takes you into Kirkham.

Room looked onto a sloping roof

Easy access from motorway and great for going to Fleetwood Blackpool and up to the Lakes

No breakfast but 5 mins to Tesco who do breakfast and Saturday and Sunday local pub 3 mins down road do amazing breakfast

Very welcoming. Comfortable. Parking. Handy for M55. Really close to blackpool so easy to get in and out. Beds were quite soft and springy but felt really comfortable.

Adjoining venue had a function. Very loud disco, bass was very loud. Played guess the song! (Played the killers 3 times which did become annoying!) Did stop at midnight though so we managed a decent sleep. No toiletries / soap but got our own.

Very noisy we coukd hear every conversation from our next door neighbours who were up with there puppy at 12.30, 1.45, 2.30 , 4.20, and 5.50

The restaurant/bar next to the hotel was amazing, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, also the staff were lovely and very helpful.

The curtains had holes in them, we had no plug sockets anywhere near the bed and only 3 on the other side (to bed) of the room 2 of which had the kettle and TV plugged into them, i asked for a fan as it was a very hot night, our room was ground floor (main road and car park) so I didn't want to keep my window open all night, but we were told there was no fans, there was a digital thermostat on the wall but it did not work. For £90 a night with no breakfast I think it was overpriced for what it is.

There was no soap at the sink or in the shower as advertised. The drawers needed cleaning, couldn't put clothes in them, kept underwear in plastic bag No daily house keeping. Clean towel, milk & tea bags left outside the room on the floor
