It's Dog friendly but when my wee dog was on my knee , I was told to put it on the floor

The room was on the road side so we had a bit of vehicle noise so we know to book a seaside room the next time.

The room was excellent as was the food.We liked everything about the hotel.The staff were superb and ever so helpful.

The fact that all the staff call you "Guys". This might be an age thing.

The room was very comfortable. The bathroom is very nice. The bath is a jacuzzi bath. Ours was a deluxe room. The cooked breakfast is well presented.

Our room did have a sea view which I paid an additional cost for, our room was located to the side of the building not front facing we were looking across to a building site which was constructing additional accommodation, it was noisy during the day it would have been nice if we had been forewarned of these works taking place.

The hotel internally was good and to a very nice standard.

Loved the location, the staff were amazing and the best room we've stayed in this year. We arrive late, but when I called to check the time the restaurant closed, the lovely helpful girl on reception said if I called back at 845, with a progress report, she would be able to take out food order. I did this and on arrival told to go and freshen up and come down and our meal would be ready. The food and service was fantastic, as was the glass of beer and wine. Had a great night's sleep, the shower was great, had a good hearty breakfast and were ready for. Days work Thank you to the staff who looked after us.

The location, straight on the beach from our hotel was fantastic. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and had useful tips as to where to visit. The cleaner was also lovely and very friendly, especially at 6:30 am when we took our dog out.

Although looked spotless I cut myself on a sharp object in the seams between the bar sofas which all could do with a hoovering

Very comfortable hotel, we’ve stayed with the group before and only have the Gales left now.Room with view was stunning, We wish we hadn’t had the Cullen skunk as it was strange having ham in it but the fish pie was lovely but more like the soup we wanted as a starter. Lovely. Servers very friendly. We will return when extension is finished although wasn’t noisy

Nothing, some building work going on as the hotel is building a spa but didn't bother us, builders were discreet and not too much noise. Maybe sandwiches are available of an evening rather than a full meal.

Friendly staff, the hospitality staff were very friendly, happy to have a little chat, and encouraged us to try Haggis and Scottish beer. They do seem to work long hours but always a smile on their face. The room was lovely and clean. Emailed us in advance to advise of a wedding at the hotel, disabled friendly, great location to explore

Location, decor, room size and facilities. Access to a lovely sandy beach. Nice beer garden which we were fortunate to use as was a beautiful day.

Not the fault of the hotel itself, but there was a noisy dog staying in the room next door, and it was a bit intimidating when we had to walk past the dog coming up the steps

Lovely location, very helpful, friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Our room was very spacious with a gorgeous view of the sea.
