Noise early on the morning Some updating needed to decor

Family room with two separate rooms was spacious and clean. Hotel/restaurant staff was friendly and helpful.

Street facing windows can be a source of noise in the morning but the amount of traffic in Callander is low.

The breakfast.

The shower had fell off the wall , the shower room had mould everywhere the room was dirty, tea stain's up the wall and you change me £140 a night this is unbelievable, never again will i stay there and neither will my friends.

Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was ideal.

Ventilation in the bedroom was poor. There was no way to open the bedroom window & the extractor in the bathroom didn't work/ there was no obvious way to operate.

Well located in a cute village and above a nice pub

Great location - short walk to the meadows with free parking in the streets around the corner. The staff were exceptional. Helpful and friendly. The family room was huge and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and there was lots of it. We would happily stay here again.

I had misread the facilities, thinking there was a dedicated car park. There isn’t, but we had no trouble finding a spot just off the road around the corner. The Main Street is busy so our family room at the front of the hotel was quite noisy at times. It wasn’t bothersome though and as we’d been up since 3.30am that morning, there was very little that was going to keep us awake!

Very nice hotel in a lovely village with nice gift shops in it. There's even a christmas shop in it. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was really good as well dinner and breakfast. Would recommend this hotel

Good location

No check in system staff seemed more interested in serving drinks, food was ok but not value for money, problem with tv in room which wasn't sorted

breakfast was great wife's vegetarian sausage was overcooked but plenty of juice and pastries available service was excellent

no biscuits with tea on offer no toiletries not even soap handrail on bath was broke stair access wasn't great and most of all no private car park had to park car at end of the town

Friendly, clean. Perfect location

Room was a great size. 2 adults 2 teenage children and the dog had plenty of room. Breakfast was good.

Parking is in the lay-bys outside. Room is above the pub so could be noisy but was silent at 11pm. Which didn’t hamper us.

Breakfast was huge,which kept you full most of the day.Free parking was available on the street next to the hotel,but limited spaces

There was black hairs 7 of them on the duvet There was stains on sheet The shower pole when pulled curtain along came off had to reattach it Only 4 milk No biscuits And 4 coffee The room smelt musky Could not put toilet light on As the fans noise was so bad The music was so loud you couldn't hear the tv We actually ended up not staying and traveled home I would not recommend

Where the hotel is situated, clean and tidy hotel throughout, comfortable room great nights sleep. Food is excellent,
