If I HAD to comment on something it was that the accessible room was next to standard rooms and the couple in that room had parked inconsiderately so I had to park round the corner and not outside and pay extra. It’s not the staffs fault but some signage or a word with those staying in room 1 to leave room for those staying in room 2 might have helped us out and something to consider in future.

This was the first time we’d taken my dad away where his mobility had been reduced and he needed an accessible room. It surpassed expectations and the room met all our needs for our short stay. It was clean, tidy, great location, everyone was lovely and it had such a nice home away from home feel.

We really liked the property. One small criticism is that it could do with a couple of hooks in the bathroom for towels etc.

The bed was one of the most comfy beds I’ve slept in at long time It’s got an awesome mattress topper which was excellent for a good night sleep . Jacket potato, chilli beef and cheese was on point just the right amount of chilly

We were really lucky that the weather was lovely when we went, but it was a bit warm in the room. Could have done with a fan, but this was a real minor issue and this is England, right?? Chances of it being that hot are slim!!

Perfect location, great value for money, and a really cosy little room, but it had a cottage feel to it. Pet friendly too, it was perfect for what we wanted. The Bathroom was really well decorated and clean.

when I arrived I couldn't find my room and I couldn't find the owners contact details anywhere on the website. I was stuck outside for an hour until I realised I could my ai assistant for help and it gave me the property owner's number. I also misunderstood the breakfast style so there wasn't anything from the menu I could eat.

the service was amazing, the staff tried their best to make sure I was comfortable. the room was clean and spacious. the bathroom was also clean and stocked with wheelchair accessible toilet and shower.

The staff were exceptional! Everyone worked as a great team, they were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much. Thank you for a wonderful big room, it was also very clean. The breakfast was hot, fresh and wonderfully made.

Not enough windows to open on extremely hot night had to leave door ajar A fan would have been helpful Bed was very soft so partner slept on floor! As has a bad back Breakfast improved on day 3 was a bit cold on other days but plenty of it Served quickly and Maisie was very professional
