Outside our room was an extractor fan, which was quite noisy but we agreed it has to go somewhere.

Bath and shower option. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. Great choice of drinks and snacks. Lovely indoor and outdoor areas.

Room was different from advertised and we had quite noisy group in the room next to us but that isn't the properties fault. Oh toilet sounded like it was going to explode whenever you flushed it.

We Booked this Room for the price and we were very surprised when we arrived how great it was , great comfy warm hotel room, with a bath in the bedroom was also good. the little extras like a decent coffee machine, and biscuits. The products in the bathroom smelt amazing. we enjoyed our dinner as well. all in all a little gem.

We stayed in room 11 and it was even better than we expected. Huge bedroom space and almost the space size bathroom with a standing bath and separate shower. The complimentary bramley products were great too! The included breakfast was delicious. Large portions and also a continental breakfast spread with pastries and fresh banana bread every morning. It was perfect. My husband and I also had a sunday dinner and it was one of the best we'd ever tried.

The only negative was I was waiting for quite a while when I arrived before anyone came to help me check in, but understandable as it is a busy pub as well as a hotel. Other than that, staff were very attentive.

The rooms are gorgeous, luxurious and much nicer than I was expecting. The building itself is beautiful and in a great location for exploring the Cotswolds. I loved that you can eat in the restaurant downstairs and even get food brought up to your room, delicious!

Nothing everything about our stay was fantastic.

The room was amazing as well as the evening meal and the breakfast and all the staff were amazing also. There was also parking here.

Our room was extremely hot so had to have the window open, thus we then had a problem with the traffic. Also the shower started dripping badly during late evening and woke us up. The area where the coffee/tea facilities was too small.

Our room was looking a little tired on the paintwork, some small damp patches but it is a very old building.

Fantastic location in a pretty village. Cosy warm room with a huge bathroom and extremely comfortable bed with good quality bedding. Ate in their restaurant which was excellent and as there was a set menu very good value for money!!

Although the room has everything needed, it was way too small for two people. To boil a kettle I had to put it on the floor next to the socket. The bathroom is very small, especially the distance between the toilet and the door.

Our shower overflowed after a short amount of time in it and the temperature of the shower/ taps were difficult to work out. We could hear quite a lot of noise from the pub terrace below but to be expected I guess!

The room was decorated lovely. It had a very cosy quirky feel which we loved. The bed was huge and SO comfortable, we slept really really well. The coffee machine, fresh milk and minced pies were a nice touch!

We were given a free room upgrade which was so beautiful. We absolutely loved it, the restaurant was amazing and food quality was just incredible. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back.

One radiator in our room didn’t seem to work even when adjusted so the room was quite cold. Not bad enough to give us issues but would have been nice a touch warmer.

Beautiful old property inside and out, the room we had which was a deluxe double was immaculately clean, spacious, rustic and comfortable. The pub and gardens were very cosy and looked great lit up with fairy lights in the evening. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good but I wouldn’t say quite justifies the price. But all round we had an amazing stay and would 100% stay again.
