We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location, how clean it was and the easy check-in. We were upgraded to a room with a window which was nice and we were also able to check in earlier than 3pm. You can leave your bags/luggage after check out without charge. Toilet and shower was really clean. The AC was good. Lighting in the room was also good. Staff were very friendly.

Property first off was a brilliant location to everything. Mostly being on the tube line was excellent. Views from Hotel views were either Leicester Square or the Art Gallery so it felt in a solid well lit area. Hotel staff were fantastic and looked after me well, I was solo traveller so they always making sure I was okay and letting me in after hours quickly. The hotel itself is clearly brand new, and I felt I paid a very decent rate. Room was amazing, high tech and very roomy.

United KingdomThe windows were quite thin and there was a built in electric blind which didn't work at all, so the noise from the street was quite loud, sirens, loud cars until the early hours of the morning. However, we live in the middle of nowhere so I'm also probably more sensitive to noise than most.
The hotel was clean and had everything you needed. Great location - a few minutes from Leicester Square underground station. And a short walk from a few theatres.

Love the location was able to walk everything we wanted to go to and it was really affordable, even though we didnt have windows it was such a relaxing sleep as we didnt worry about the time and we just enjoyed resting. we were able to go back to the hotel every time our bags got to heavy which was very convenient
