We’re pleased to hear that you found your room tidy, clean, and well-equipped, and that our reception staff were accommodating during your early morning departure. I apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. Our bathrooms are designed to be compact to maximize room space, and while they are clean and equipped with all necessary amenities, I understand that the size can be challenging. The toilet roll holder is located under the sink, all rooms have them, and I’m sorry if this was not clear; we would have been happy to assist you had you asked where it was. I appreciate your feedback regarding the bathroom fan; we have since replaced it with a new, quieter model. I also acknowledge the concern regarding the light switches by the bed. Unfortunately, we currently have only one side with controls, but I will certainly consider your suggestion for future improvements. Regarding breakfast, we strive to offer a variety of options, including both white and wholemeal rolls and white and wholemeal sliced bread. I understand that you would have preferred some savory pastries, and I will take this into account for future menu planning. We understand your concerns about the size of the room and the compact nature of the bathroom. As a heritage building in central London, our room sizes are indeed limited, and our bathrooms are designed to maximize space while still providing all necessary amenities. Nevertheless, we strive to ensure that each room is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything our guests need for a pleasant stay.
