We do provide chairs upon request, and we were happy to supply one after you asked. Regarding your other points, we do change the sheets at guests’ request and also automatically after three days—your room did have its sheets changed during your stay. We provide conditioning shampoo, shower gel, and soap, and if you run out, additional supplies are always available at reception to minimize waste. While the lower window in the room is restricted for health and safety reasons, the back window opens fully for full ventilation. We aim to provide very good value for money, and we believe the rate you paid is extremely competitive for central London. It seems that your expectations may align more with higher-tier four- or five-star hotels, which naturally come with a significantly higher price. Our focus is on offering a comfortable, budget-friendly stay with friendly service in a central location. We do offer a very varied continental breakfast with over 30 different options, including cereals, bakery items, cold cuts, cheeses, fruits, yogurts, and preserves. Dear Christos, I'm sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the pricing, we believe that our rates are very competitive for the quality of services we provide in central London, where accommodation prices are generally higher. Our rates are in line with the offerings of a 3-star hotel, and I understand that expectations can vary. There are certainly other options in the city at higher price points that offer additional amenities and services, which may be better suited to guests seeking a more luxurious experience. For future stays, we would recommend exploring 4 or 5-star hotels if those are the standards you are looking for. In regard to the heating, our system is scheduled to operate during certain hours to maintain a comfortable room temperature and prevent overheating. We do not have freezing rooms, and I believe this may have been a misleading comment. We provide one towel per guest, and additional towels are always available upon request at reception. I also apologise if you found the staff communication in the corridor disruptive. Our team works together to ensure everything runs smoothly, and while we have not received similar feedback before, we will take this into consideration moving forward to find a way for our staff to work in silence. Regarding your concerns, we do make it very clear during the booking process, both on our website and agency websites, that we do not have an elevator. However, we are always more than happy to assist with luggage or accommodate guests on lower floors upon request. For breakfast, we aim to provide a very varied continental selection, offering over 30 options including cereals, bakery items, cold cuts, cheeses, fruits, yogurts, and preserves. We are sorry to hear it didn’t meet your expectations and will review our offerings to ensure we meet guest satisfaction. As for the radiator, all our rooms are equipped with central heating, but it’s possible the radiator in your room had been turned off.
