Straightforward accommodation, good size room, good value proper breakfast.

Facilities were good with bar and restaurant.

Room was a bit out dated

I like the staff, location,how quick food is served after ordering the prices isn't bad and there are lots of specials as well love how there are bus stops right at the from , there's a back and front sitting area perfect for summer, rooms are spacious its cleans and the vibe is chill.

only thing i didn't like which probably isnt the staffs fault is the special needs bathroom door is always left open as u walk by, my daughter ordered the waffle benedict and didn't like that the eggs wasnt scrambled and there wasnt any syrup for the waffles she would've preferred it this way i think all kids might.

The staff were amazing. The check in procedure was easy and you get a key to come in after hours

The decor was shabby everywhere. Bedrooms hallways restaurant and dining area in conservatory. Spider webs which are not appealing when eating

A good basic hotel with a pub for eating.

Shower had very low water power and difficult to control the temperature.

Perfect venue for work next day in Ascot. Restaurant on site was handy

bed was comfortable and the room was good for the 2 nights we were there. Food in the restaurant was okay, typical hungry horse food.

i know we were out most of the two days we were there, but the reception was only manned upon arrived and when we left.

Room was comfortable and clean however very hot even though a fan was provided Beds were comfortable and clean Bathroom was functional and a bath mat was available on request which we got. Tea and coffee facilities in room Breakfast was included in our rate which was excellent and cooked to order. Ate in the pub on Friday night, food was great and service was excellent Staff were very friendly and helpful Definitely will stay again as excellent value for money

Just a personal thing but bath mats should be provided as standard as bath was slippery Other than that , an excellent stay

Convenient location, reasonable price, helpful friendly staff, off street parking, outside seating area, some of our clothes needed a quick press before going to an event and on request a ironing board and iron was promptly provided to solve our problem.

The hotel, bar and restaurant were tired and needed a refresh/upgrade, the restaurant was dirty with cutlery still dirty from previous use, the room had a large hole in the carpet by the bathroom and a hole in the wall from the room entrance door hitting it, the toilet rocked from side to side when sitting on it (not secured), the eco shower head was useless it only had nine jets and you could walk between the jets, therefor it took longer to shower-off and probably used just as much water as a standard shower head! There was large cobwebs in the ceiling of the restaurant conservatory, food was OK with only one meal out of six that actually looked appetising and enjoyable to eat. We stayed when the weather was hot and dry so the room was stuffy at night, a fan was in the room and worked OK but just moved hot air around, air conditioning would have been a bonus, the carpet was dirty and needed a good hoovering. We had stayed here in 2024 and the standard has fallen since then.
