Hosts are lovely ( really helpful), great selection for breakfast, rooms are beautiful, safe area. I loved the fact that they had two small dogs but this may be an issue for some.

A great welcome from Andy & 2 lovely dogs which made us feel right at home. As we had an early start we had a pack lunch/ breakfast ready for us to take in the morning.

I couldn’t get the tv to work and the main light in the bedroom was hanging very loosely so I didn’t use it.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast was very nice and presented well. The hosts were friendly and very helpful

We loved everything. We would have liked a grip bar when getting out of the shower as we are a little unstable but it’s not a big thing just a suggestion.

Friendly hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them and the breakfast was excellent. We also loved the 2 little friendly dogs!

Lovely couple Sheila and Andy, friendly, professional, couldn't do enough for me. Breakfast was great and a sociable group of folk at breakfast made for an interesting start to the day. Comfy bed, very clean, spacious shared bathroom, great value for money.

The hosts are very helpful and considerate. The bed was comfortable. The hearty breakfast was good quality. and made to order. Parking was available directly outside the property, in a quiet residential street. We did not hear any noise from other guest rooms.

Our hosts Andrew and Sheila were very welcome on our arrival. The b&b was in a quiet location. It was only a short taxi ride to Inverkeithing Train station. The breakfast each morning was great with more than to eat.

Our hosts were very kind. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. The room was extremely clean and the whole house was very welcoming. The bed was comfortable and it was especially nice that there was tea, coffee, water and a small cake in the room. They helped me with everything. They also recommended a program when we were at a loss. And we loved their dog Milly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Andy and Shiela were the perfect hosts. Andy offered ideas on places to see and visit. A small room but had plenty of storage and everything we needed. We had parking for our car. You could walk to the shops and train station but having a car was easier. Andy was very attentive with our breakfasts. Thanks for a great stay!

A huge shout-out to Andy and Sheila for being exceptional hosts who truly know how to create a welcoming atmosphere. The room was of excellent quality, complete with a tea and coffee tray, biscuits, a bottle of water, and a delightful sweet treat. Breakfast was simply outstanding—cooked to perfection and incredibly filling, with a nice selection of cereals and fresh fruit available. Thank you, Andy. Your willingness to go above and beyond, even printing out a map to the train station for me, was greatly appreciated. I will certainly be back and will definitely recommend it to all my friends.
