Idyllic location, very peaceful in the middle of the countryside. Beautiful grounds, very picturesque, surrounded by nature. Fridge, microwave and coffee making facilities exceeded expectations. Our host provided deliciousl breakfasts and good local recommendations.

Location is beautiful. Lovely views and peaceful. It has a big well cared for garden and is dog friendly. Friendly owner & good breakfast. We liked the fact that there was tea & coffee facilities in the room.

The lack of any facilities for crockery etc. and shower got fludded on the first day

Location idelic. Would have liked a sink as it was advertised as with a kitchette. The shower had a problem with the drains but it was dealt by reducing the flow of the shower water which was disappointing. I hope it gets fixed. Otherwise the stay was very peaceful.

Unfortunately, due to a little confusion over the booking, we had the smaller room ( with no patio/ garden access) but we're able to use the garden the following morning.

The gardens and location were very picturesque and far from any busy road. The hosts were very welcoming ( including Finn and solo) Far reaching views over the kent countryside. And a good breakfast! Close to nature.

The location was a little bit out from what we expected but the views were excellent so when we got there and seen surroundings we were very happy it was situated where it was in beautiful countryside and within easy reach of all dining facilities for the evening and all the places we wanted to visit plus some lovely walks within a mile of the farm

We stayed in the converted barn building. The interior is light and airy and the garden is wonderful.The breakfast was served by our host Marian and it was excellent. We learnt about the area and where to walk from her. Could easily have stayed for a week and not been bored. Such a relaxing treat to have stayed here. Hope to return.

Bathroom rather small

Excellent B&B within a large farm area. Very quite with nice garden area with pleasant patio. Very friendly and helpful host. Great place to explore Kent.

Marion took very good care of us, the accommodation was excellent, located in a very peaceful & relaxing farm someway from the main road. The garden and building very well cared for. Breakfast was very good and the facilities were all excellent too. We stayed for two nights and spent time in the surrounding area, it’s a lovely part of Kent. Would happily have stayed a week! Will return again for sure.

Beautiful location and accommodation, we felt totally at home as soon as we walked through the door. We had a spacious bedroom en-suite and a large hall and sitting room entirely to ourselves plus a garden terrace overlooking paddocks and beautiful Kent countryside. There is a wood burning stove in the sitting room for colder days which is the type of detail which elevates a good stay into an outstanding one.

The property was clean and tidy. We had a lovely chat with the host on arrival and sorted out what we wanted to do that evening. Despite rain we got up early and went for a walk on the road heading toward Goudhurst listening to the birds and watching the rabbits and deer. E then had homemade muesli, and our wonderful cooked breakfast arrived exactly when we asked for it. The bedroom and living area were perfect for our overnight stay before travelling on to Gatwick (40 mins away) the following morning.
