The property was spacious for the 3 of us. Nice surroundings and had everything we needed. The clubhouse was great for the toddler in the evening.

Balcony/terrace was a great space but could do with a bit of a touch up

So homely and comfortable. Plenty of room for a family of 4 and a pup!! Loved being able to sit out in a morning with a coffee and take in the greenery.

    Nothing! It was brilliant.

Lovely, cute lodge. Nice and clean. Plenty of kitchen utensils available to use. There is a hairdryer, iron and board etc. Everything you could need. The lodge is at the end of the row which was quite private and next to a babbling brook! Quite idyllic.

The small bedroom with 2 single beds is very small. We managed fine though, so not really something to dislike. The swimming pool wasn’t opened very often and seemed a bit odd when the lifeguard was on duty. It would be nice to have swimming available more regularly rather than just 2 half hours a day.

These people are scammers! They ask for £100 deposit (privately) and they do everything in their power to not return it! I’ve seen the same reviews on trip advisor!

When we left I received a text with a picture of an orange blob on the master duvet, I apologised even tho I thought, that’s weird I don’t have any orange colours etc I’m going to be graphic now but I did say oh I did get my monthly thing while I was there but I was assured it wasn’t blood! Anyway, 3 weeks later, these poor cleaners are still trying their best to get this orange stain out 😂😂 (think they thought I’d forget about my £100 deposit) I was told these poor people have been working tirelessly to get this stain out!! ANYWAY long story short I received £20.50 back from my deposit 😱😱 jeeeeez they must’ve shopped in Harrods for a new one! By the way, I slept in the sofa 2 nights out 4 because there was a wasps nest and they were entering through the vent in my en-suite! I didn’t realise it was a nest at first but I contacted them as soon as I did! Now they are saying it’s my fault I slept in the sofa because I didn’t tell them 🤦🏼‍♀️ AVOID AVOID AVOID! I will be reporting them to the park too because I am not the only victim here!

The location-setback a bit from the road and with a small beck running alongside. The space in the living area The views from the windows The extremely comfortable sofa The table and chairs outside The manager of the property was responsive and helpful Showers were nice and hot and the water pressure was good The parking-being able to park just outside the chalet The staff on the site-really helpful and friendly-they opened the shop for us one evening when we had run out of peanut butter for our dachshund. Short distance to walk to the Lake

The toaster-too small but a trivial thing The bathrooms were a little bit small The bed was too hard for me-but that's a preference thing-I have Osteo-arthritis at numerous points in my spine and I couldn't sleep in the bed-I ended up sleeping on the sofa and slept really well. I think beds are a preference thing anyway-some people like hard beds and some like soft.

The lodge was immaculately clean, beautiful bed linen and very comfortable beds. We liked that the second bedroom had two full sized single beds. The lodge was modern and beautifully decorated, very cosy and relaxing. It was very well equipped, especially the kitchen all matching crockery and cutlery and utensils. There was parking right next to the lodge for 2 cars. The location on the park was excellent, a 2 min walk to the marina in one direction and 2 min walk to reception and the pool in the other. So quick and easy for driving on and off the park. The beck flows right past the lodge, lots of ducks pottering around. We also saw squirrels, rabbits and deer wandering around on the park. The team provided excellent communication, nothing was too much trouble and they responded very quickly. Highly recommend this lodge, we can't wait to return.

It was a lovely setting and was very nice inside

When we arrived the property felt cold and whilst there was central heating the fire didn’t work so we couldn’t warm up quickly. We also weren’t told that we needed a pass to use the facilities until we asked and we only managed to swim once during our stay as others had pre booked.

    Nice location, lovely lodge,

Maybe the owner could speak to the site reference having a fence but up between the lodges to stop people taking short cuts between the lodges or a sign up saying no access, as holidaymakers kept cutting through the gap between the lodges. That's only a personal thing.

Loved how cosy and spacious it was and the beds were also very comfortable.

The check in time and check out times .. usual times are check in at 3pm and check out T 11am. We could pay additionally £25 per person? But I think this is unfair.
