Unfortunately the availabile toilet and shower (portable) were not very clean, still had various insects/ leaves left in them as well as the portaloo itself did not flush.

The surrounding scenery was absolutely beautiful and we felt like we had our own space.

Couldn’t seem to find a sink. Not clean had previous people’s mess e.g disposable vape on floor and rubbish stuffed into bedside lamp, under the bed hadn’t seen a mop or hoover for a while. Battery powered lights had no batteries in.

the port a loos weren’t clean, hot tub water was greenish brown, called twice to get directions and the answers we got weren’t helpful as they didn’t ask which way we’d come into Aberystwyth and just assumed which caused us to drive around for 30 mins looking for flags 🤦🏻‍♀️ overall wouldn’t recommend as the price is pretty steep for staying in a tent with a dirty hot tub and unclean portaloos.

the location is great. Can’t fault it. Clearly is also a Tipi and hot tub with attached port-a-loos.

Tent had rips in the staff wasn’t friendly one bit…. Far from helpful…. Lights didn’t work and they told us to go sleep rather than trying to resolve the matter…. It was only 9pm and we didn’t get there until 5pm….

En suite toilet and shower was disgusting. Not really en suite just a old porta loo and shower,, toilet was blocked from people that used it previously and full of cobwebs, no blue liquid to flush it. Shower had ni hot water and was filthy covered in cobwebs and dead flies. Takes 2 mins to clean these!! The Tipi tent was okay, however there was nowhere to get clean water so had to go out and buy some to refil kettle. We had been on the road 24 hours so just wanted somewhere to recharge, showeer and sleep etc and it wasnt great. Constacted owner to see if we can resolve with a slight refund or something but no response!

Nice location, peaceful and hot tub was nice.

The grounds needed URGENT maintenence, it was overgrown. The bed was broken and very uncomfortable so you kind of rolled all to one side, not good when there is two of you. .. The portalaloos where disgusting and unclean. The facilities in the tipi where poor,scraps of dirty carpet for flooring, odd random tables. No coat stand so everything had to go on the floor or piled up on the tables. The hot tub, the only thing that was clean! I say sarcastically as it was so full of chemicals we literally couldn't use it. It stang our eyes and burnt our skin. A washing up bowl is provided with all you need for washing up. But no water facilities at all. Overall a very very disappointing experience. 😞

The hot tub was on when we arrived so lovely and warm.

We didn't stay in a tipi, but the replacement cottage was exceptionally sweet and we really enjoyed it. The ameneties - shower and hot tub were tremendous. It was very good value for money.

Everything, the floor was not clean or have any attempt to be clean. The inner of the tent was covered in mold. The toilet and shower portaloo was not clean either you could tell they had not been used for along time! The bedside table when opened the front of the draw came off. Safe to say me and my partner did not stay the night. We got a last minute hotel a few miles down the road would not recommend this tipi to stay in as you would be let down on arrival.

No where to get water Dirty portapotty for a toilet Shower wasn't working 2 starts with Dirty bbq Grass had dog excrement on covered in mass flies Had to ask for extension lead Dirty cutlery Lamps had no batteries Beetles all in the cushions not very clean at all Dogs got ticks from spending 1 night we had to ho home and it cost me 300 for basically nothing... Also given address sent us way out the wrong way. Not very easy to find and when we called up the directions we were given included being told about a brick wall and some trees.. not very helpful really... really upset about our visit we wouldn't be going again

I booked the tipi for 2 nights. We choose this site and paid more money than other places just because the use of a hot tub came with the accommodation but on arrival the hot tub was deflated contained dirty water and debri our tent floor was very dirty from dried mud and had no working lights which made it difficult for us, we got in contact immediately upon arrival to complain and was reluctantly offered the first nights stay in the cottage where we had use of the hot tub (which sadly also needed a clean )but was swiftly told we would have to spend the second night in the tent which on arrival on the second day was still in the same state so had no use of a hot tub for the second day. We conctacted you to find out if there was electricity and told there was, for it to be far away from the tent and outside. The shower/toilet situation. The toilet had a dirty roll in it that had obviously fallen into the toilet (blue dye on it) which made the toilet smell before we had even used it. The shower had no working water. We had no where to brush our teeth or access to any running water. The bbq had no gas (some was brought for us next day) but in all honestly I would not have cooked on it as it was unsafe to use due to the level of dirt and dried on left overs from previous use and rust. contacted property to find out what we would need to bring and told there was plenty there (utensils) and there wasn’t We were also told that it was very private but could hear and see people staying in the cabin behind. Very disappointed with our stay as it was nothing as described. This stay was not luxury as described and over all a very unpleasant stay. As far as I am concerned this is false advertising Rung multiple times and spoke to multiple different people the manager has refused to speak to us and has not called back like promised

Cleanliness was a major issue. Very much would recommend taking your own portaloo if cleanliness is an issue for yourself. The pool and tent is on uneven ground which left some of the water to leave the pool when bubbles were on.

Love the facilities that are offered. Maybe some extra care to detail to ensure the guests feel like they are glamping not just "roughing it"

when we arrived the hot tub was deflated the floor was stinking and water in the door way bbq had no gas or hadn’t been cleaned. the shower was dirty as well we went in to the cottage and the hot tub there had flowers bugs and other debris

the staff were kind enough for us to go into the cottage to use the hottub and got us gas for the bbq

all was very very bad and dirty

got to this property and wouldn’t even let my dog sleep in it!!! no lights whatsoever, kettle but absolutely no power so what was the point in that. there was a tiny battery light either side of bed which batteries had run out. went down to the toilet and it was full to the top of poo. the BBQ was that rusty and dirt was u unusable. we did get a upgrade to a hotel but when I looked on there web it was cheaper than I paid for the tent. absolutely vile !!!

Though advised of where to find the site, there was no signage to indicate the turning required to access it. The entrance is around 0.6/0.7 miles from the roundabout, not 1 mile as advised. Remote staff, though contact number is given if queries arise. There was no paperwork on how to operate the hot tub, barbeque or where to get water from. The shower had no hooks to hang towels or clothes up.

This is glamping, as I expected, so be prepared and the stay is good. I have had the best nights sleep for ages during the stay. The sound of nature during the night.

Where do I start. The listing clearly shows one tipi and a “private bathroom” which is far from the truth. In actual fact the listing is completely different to what you will get so don’t book based on what you see on the listing. The tipi was filthy. Mud and mould all over. Bathroom door which is shared with the tipi next to yours didn’t lock. The hot tubs were side by side no privacy. Our hotub was leaking on arrival and never worked so we were unable to use it. Tried contacting the property but they haven’t message multiple times and I’m still waiting for a reply now. Tho only reason we completed our stay here was because we literally had no other option

The only good thing I could find were the lovely cows in the field behind.
