    The marina was nice

Everything it is a metal container that contains some nice pictures but is in shocking condition and is not suitable for staying on. All the toilets overflowed in the night

The boat was sufficient for our stay. Spacious and clean.

I would have liked more information on places to eat or deliveries that were available.

Quirky property with plenty of space.

When we got back to the boat at night the heating wasn't working, and as it was the coldest weekend so far this year it was absolutely freezing on board. Tried ringing the owner but got no reply. Rang the boatkeeper who didn't want to come out as he was a thirty minute drive away, but luckily he did in the end. He fixed it, but unfortunately at that point we were that cold we all went to bed and missed out on enjoying the rest of the night.

Location was great only a 10 min walk to museums and the Liverpool 1 shopping centre. The boat it's self is quirky and a "different stay" my child is loving learning about the titanic and we came to the Maritime museum first and later surprised our family with staying on the titanic boat. The boat was well heated and the view out of the back window were nice seeing the other boats. we kept walking past new information in frames to read about the titanic and photos. My kids liked the menus showing the food that the different classes would of eaten.

Unfortunately after getting settled in there were a few smells on the boat. After inspection one of the toilets had not been cleaned and had poo on the seat and down the toilet. We found some meat on a plate in the microwave that had been there a while as was growing spores. Chewing gum stuck to the wall near the sofa /kitchen. The main bin in the kitchen hadn't been emptied from previous guests. So we had to sleep with these mixed smells 😐 we also booked on a very windy night so the boat was moving and was making banging noises. In the morning the water was alot calmer and the boat wasn't moving at all. Would we stay again? Sad to say no. It's dated cobwebs in the bathrooms etc. Cleanliness wasn't to a high standard

Nothing about the boat what so ever, but the marina bar and restaurant staff were really lovely and hrlpful

The boat was in a bad state, it was absolutely filthy, with cobwebs and spiders everywhere. Broken tiles in all bathrooms, toilet had come unstuck from wall and was wobbley, black mould around all showers and the white shower curtain was covered in black mould patches. Wallpaper peeling off walls, it is in desperate need of renovating. Paid 760 pounds for 2 nights and on arrival was told that there would be no power from 10 am until 4pm the following day due to maintainance works. This is completely unacceptable that we were not notified of this before arrival seen as though it had been an ongoing thing was had been known about for weeks. Completely ruined our trip, would have left 10 minutes after arrival if we hadn't just paid almost 800 pounds for this disgrace. Also there is a massive really freaky mirror suspended above the master bed!! Held up with just 4 little hooks in the corners....very strange!

This was a great quirky stay in a superb location not far from all things to do & see in Liverpool. The marina gives you a flavour of something a little different instead of staying in a hotel. It was so spacious and light & bright. The marina bar is so handy for a bite to eat which is reasonable.

    Nothing

The boat had not been cleaned properly considering when we dropped the luggage off on the boat as we arrived early before check in & there was a cleaner on board. There was a distinctive smell, which turned out to be a toilet overflowing, as there was a group of us, you couldn’t sleep in the bedroom. None of the electrics in any of bathrooms, tv didn’t work, it wasn’t a pleasant experience & ruined birthday celebrations

    Location/Marina

The place was absolutely filthy I can’t believe he has the cheek to charge people that kind of money. It genuinely smelt like we were staying in a sewage works class 3 was that bad I was actually retching. There’s no way someone could sleep in there. It was actually burning my nose. Then at 3am all the pumps kicked in and work us up. The floor was actually sticky when we arrived. We had to go straight in to town and buy some slippers there were no way I was walking round in bare feet. Toilet is hanging off the walls showers are black with mold. Threshold to class 2 is pitted in much. Floor has obviously got wet and is all bubbled. Yes it’s a bit quirky staying on a boat. But, believe me you will regret wasting your money. Please see the attached pictures and you will get the general idea of what this lace is like.

The main bedroom was the only thing I liked

I've stayed on this boat before years ago and had a fab time, this time it was terrible its run down posters peeling down the walls sink taps nearly falling off and the stench of the sewage was sickening. None of us could sleep due to the banging of the toilet system and the new location is in the middle of nowhere compared to before cost us alot of money jus to get taxis to and from pubs and shops never going back completely spoilt my birthday celebrations. States it has media and music but dosnt no dvd or cd player as states no TV remote so completely quiet nothing to do had to listen to music on our phone until someone told us to take remote from nx doors boat

The size and location. Well equipped kitchen. Flat screen TV (no remote 🤔) Little on site shop. Very quiet. Loads of information dotted around the boat, about the titanic.

Damp. (yes, it's surrounded by water!) but the wall in the main bedroom had visible watermarks and was wet to touch. Radiators and sinks leaked when used. Massive heavy mirror suspended over the bed, gave everyone nightmares about it falling on them! 🤣. The toilets were really smelly and we had to leave the windows open for the entire stay. The duvets and pillows were badly stained and really off putting. No blinds or curtains to allow privacy and the security lights shone through all night, disturbing sleep. The main picture freeze of the grand titanic staircase (great idea) was all peeling away and bubbling. If repaired, it would change the decor from tired and uninviting to excellent as the rest of the boat is okay.... It would only take some glue.

The boat has relocated Docks so not as central as the description describes. As a result the facilities of the dock were not available (no marina cafe for breakfast, no basic facilities)

It was so run down and dirty. The boat door didn’t even lock, security for 5 women was therefore non existent. The rep that met us said the door didn’t lock from the outside but it was fine inside. This wasn’t the case, the door had dropped leaving a 2inch gap at the top and the lock unable to catch. We had to tie it shut with rope overnight and put furniture in front of the door Home Alone Style for security. All wall coverings were peeling, floor was filthy. Bedding had yellow stains and blood spots on pillows. Beds creaked all night. Coffee had mould in it. No basic things like soap or milk. Toilets were loose and showers had hair in. The list is endless and we took photos of everything. The rep met us the next day and we told him all this. He just said “yes I know” and “a new door is in order”.
