Service was excellent. Had an evening meal at the hotel for the first time and the quality was exceptional.

    Nothing.

Great breakfast, with lots of choices

My recent stay at this hotel was, for the most part, very enjoyable. The staff were warm and professional, always willing to assist with a smile, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming. The facilities are well maintained, and I appreciated the comfort and convenience provided throughout my stay. That being said, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. Upon settling in, I noticed a considerable amount of dust on surfaces and in the air. Unfortunately, this impacted my comfort, as my nose became blocked and I felt congested during my time in the room. While the rest of the hotel made a positive impression, this particular issue prevented me from having the fully comfortable stay I had hoped for. I believe this hotel has a lot of potential and could easily be excellent with more consistent attention to detail in housekeeping. A thorough cleaning routine would make a significant difference and ensure that guests can enjoy the wonderful hospitality without distractions.

It really takes advantage of its old industrial heritage and mixes that with modern extremely well. Staff are well turned out and polite and pleasant at all times.

This is our 4th stay at the Titanic and is the 1st time I’ve decided to give it a poor review. We were placed in an adjoining room, so although locked still felt very imposing without the ability to lock it from our side. This wasn’t explained to us and as a couple made us very conscious talking and going about our stay within the room. I feel that kind of room should really of been given to a single male occupier. Also the room was very small with damage and age showing on bedside cabinets etc. When letting the water out of the bath, it came out of the shower plug which went on to flood the bathroom and into the bedroom. The hallway’s are extremely dark. To the extent that I had to use the torch on my phone to see the card reader to enter the room, and with the curtains closed or after dark the room are very poorly lit with only dim lamp lighting. Definitely not a place to come if you are visually impaired.

Located in historic Stanley Docks . Nice hotel classic warehouse renovation . Very large room a bit bland in decor basic quality furniture. Clean. Nice towels. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Large bathroom. Quiet. Room very dark good blackout curtains. Nice food . Great breakfast well presented nice choice all buffet style. Some nods to the Titanic connection ie. some displays in cabinets on the ground floor but mainly posters as wall art.

No bathrobes or slippers in a Superior Deluxe room only in other higher grade rooms. No body lotion in bathroom toiletries. Very dark corridors not great if a visual impairment. On checking in a group of 3 staff members stood in foyer talking couldn't hear what Reception was saying not a great first impression. Bar staff could improve on customer service skills. Poor selection on tea tray ie. no mint or Earl Grey. Poor choice biscuits. Had late Sunday lunch lots of staff around focused on clearing empty tables but limited interaction ie. had to nab a staff member to order, no one checked if meal ok or needed anything else until finished again had to alert staff hence didn't bother getting another drink or dessert, had to ask for the bill etc. Don't like service charge just added to the bill. Hate machine coffee and making own hot drinks and toast at breakfast no direct service by staff except shown to a table. Location fine but a good walk out of main centre ie. 30- 40 mins need to get a taxi if weather bad also seemed isolated around the hotel later in the evening so didn't fancy walking.

excellent hotel would recommend, the only downside for me was that the 4 EV chargers were not working on site while we stayed there. The hotel is a real 'wow' factor when you walk into the bedrooms.

    Big room. Great building

Cheap furnishings, long way from town. Parking charges on top of a full price.

Stunning Victorian wharf with original features maintained and enhanced. Huge room and bathroom, beautiful furniture and comfortable bed. Staff friendly and helpful.

Difficult to find! Hidden behind a wall and maybe the signs are a little too form over function. And tho wonderfully designed, it is out of town and expensive for being so far away from the centre.
