Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomUsed these rooms before. Probably 5mins from tube but I walk slowly lol, Easy to park on drive or street. Continental breakfast on a tray in room, good value. Overall convienient for travel into London with plenty of shops and restaurants within a 5 min radius.

United KingdomTrying to get into the building and again into the room with the digital key locks was really difficult and it took several goes for it to work at each door. For anyone who has a problem with physical dexterity, like arthritis, they will find it difficult, like I did.
The breakfast "on the go" options were generous and fruit fresh

United KingdomWhilst I didn't dislike it, it seemed strange not meeting anyone at all whilst I was on the premises. Whilst it was of no interest I don't think te TV was working.
Proximity to the home of relatives I was visiting. Parking space as road parking would not have been easy. The breakfast pack was satisfactory. I particularly liked the flavoured oats

Saudi ArabiaThe owner didn't send the code till i arrived at location and had to wait for more than 20 minutes. The location is very far from the center that hou have to ride more than 40 minutes to city center.

The B&B was reasonable for the charge level. The room contained the TV, electric kettle and a chilling box. The bathroom was clean. It was very convenient to walk to the underground station nearby. The car was free for parking on the street.

I liked that it was close and very accessible to Ruislip Manor tube station and I could get into the city centre easily and efficiently. I also liked the included breakfast and enough room to store belongings. I stayed for 2 weeks and it is perfect for a solo travel and short stay if you do not mind the commute into the city.

United KingdomThere was paint etc in the bottom of the bath, some of the drawers were missing handles, none of the surfaces were cleaned prior to arrival, there were marks and dents in the wall and there was dust all over the towel rail. Lots of leftover paint in places and lights would often flicker.
Close to train station and high street, bed was comfortable and there was access to a mini fridge as well as a kettle. The shower and hot water were serviceable. The fact the room was a non-smoking room was a benefit and meant the room didn’t stink of cigarette smoke.
