You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomCheck-in and verbal instructions very lengthy. To be aware although the property is called a B&B our stay included room only, with an extra optional charge for breakfast (£10pp). Would be much better value if this was included in the price of the room.
Very large room and bed. Very clean and comfortable. Within 15 minute walk of the town centre and good recommendation for restaurants.

Nothing , from the start it didn’t look like a B & B , didn’t get asked about breakfast or didn’t see where we could have breakfast . What you read on booking .com is false & misleading ie you can’t use the garden to sit in , I believe they have no facilities to have breakfast, so they can’t class themselves as a genuine B & B , & the money we paid was far too much , no house keeping in the 4 nights we were there & their advert on booking.com is false & they should tell the truth for what you are paying for at £140 a night is a joke ! Been in plenty of B & B’s paying around £80 to £100 for a full English breakfast, we don’t recommend this B & B & will never use this again so people out there be aware for what you get for your money , seams to us they are interested in taking your money & not providing a service either run it as a B & B or as we got a rented room !!!

United KingdomBooking.com didn’t give an option for breakfast, I thought it was all in, to find out when we got there, that you were just booking the room, but it stated on booking.com that it was bed and breakfast.
The breakfast was lovely, the place was spotless and only a ten minute walk to the town seafront etc.
