Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Our host gave us plenty of information and sightseeing tips.

Great location with stunning views over Portree. The property was easily accessible to and from town, yet offered a peaceful setting. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings and loved having plenty of opportunities to take in the beautiful scenery.

Its small, but worth knowing there was no fridge in our room in case you want to buy supplies to pack lunches. Then again, we didn't ask about the situation so I'm sure they would help!

Wonderful host, large comfortable room - with a massive jet bath! - and a stunning place to be. Murdo was very relaxed, helpful and friendly. They even bought hypoallergenic bedding after we requested it! Fantastic spot and we hope to visit again.

We had a bit of bad luck with very noisy room neighbors which made tons of noise before 7am. Maybe a sign to ask for a bit of respect towards other tenants in terms of noise during night time could be put up...

Beautiful location, slightly north of Portree, with a view to die for! Lovely hosts and very well maintained property inside and out. Shauna and Murdo offered a comfortable stay, great travel recommendations, and delicious snacks.

Our room had the most breathtaking view — I was completely blown away. The host was very knowledgeable and gave us great local tips, which really enhanced our trip. The complimentary snacks in the room were such a thoughtful touch and came in super handy during our day trips to spots like Old Man of Storr, Kilt Rock & Mealt Falls, and Quiraing. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. On the day we checked in, a group of Highland cows appeared right next to the property — what are the chances?! I was over the moon. The location is very convenient, just a 5-minute drive from Portree town centre, and the private parking made our stay even more comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

There was no option to get breakfast, even though the sign outside said Bed & Breakfast. No kitchen available and you weren’t allowed to eat takeout food in the room either.

Very spacious rooms, well equipped (including snacks, coffee from an espresso machine, etc.). Nice bathrooms. Friendly staff.

You could hear if anyone from another room either took a shower, used the toilet or used the sink.

We were met by the husband who told us where to go and what to see. They recommended nice places to eat. They are located just outside Portree and has the most beautiful view from the house. Sheep and highland cow grassing on the paddicks around the house. All in all a great place to stay

A perfect place to stay in the Island if you’re traveling by car. It’s only 5 minutes drive from Portree. Great views of the town and the surrounding area from the property. Spacious room, very comfortable bed, nicely decorated. The host was really welcoming and so helping in guiding us to visit diferente places in the island. Don’t miss breakfast!!! A must if you’re staying with Murdo and Shona.

Mordo is extremely sweet . When we were stuck at Portree, unable to find a cab, he picked us from from the center and drove us to the accommodation . Loved the experience and view from the property. Highly recommend !

Our stay was away from the conjestion of the town centre and out in the quiet and calm of a rural setting where there was ample room to park. The host met us and made sure we were comfortable had what we needed. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to our room at a convenient time. I would recommend this B&B.

The host was soooooo friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Helped us to plan for what we would need for weather and told us where to get things that would help us traveling around the island. Great resources for tourism. The beds were so comfortable and warm. THE BEST SHOWER OF OUR TRIP! The view from the room was the beautiful highlands and woke up to sheep outside the window.

Breakfast was delivered to our room and left outside the door so as not to disturb us. Breakfast was nicely set out and was very good. We enjoyed the luxury of a spa bath. The room was spacious and the views were good. Staff were very helpful in making suggestions of where to visit.
