Host was very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was spotless, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed, even beach towels. The bed was firm and comfortable. The small fridge was handy and there was tea and coffee making facilities and plates and bowls if you wanted to take food to the room. Location wise, it was in a quiet residential area very close to Lusty Glaze beach, literally less than a 5 minute walk. There was an allocated parking space and a table and parasol out the front fir each room.

There was nothing not to like for us. The only thing that some might find difficult was the shower cubicle is on the small size.

The property was close to town but far enough out to be quiet at night, parking was ideal actually on the premises, and the whole place was spotless and the host was very welcoming and helpful

Fantastic property. Very welcoming when we arrived and immediately had everything we needed. Lovely spacious room, with nice bathroom and very clean. Had everything you need for your stay. Lovely add on having a room specific bench outside our room to sit out in good weather. Great location easy walk to multiple beaches and Newquay high street. Parking is easy and no stress, enough spaces for everyone and right outside the property so easy to bring bags in and out of.

Nothing we didn’t like

Room was large and had so many thoughtful little touches. A fan and a heater, an small ironing board and even a fridge big enough for a decent amount of food etc. There was so outside space and a picnic table. Biscuits and a tea tray which included hot chocolate. Leanne was wonderful and the location is great. I literally could not fault tregarthen or think of a single improvement. Amazing.

Excellent facilities with everything needed provided for a comfortable stay. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Clean room in a house in a quiet residential area. The room is well furnished and has the necessary equipment - refrigerator, hair dryer, bathroom accessories, etc. Friendly staff.

The main drawback is the poor ventilation in the room. Even with the evening temperature outside at +15 °C, it felt stuffy and too warm to sleep. Ventilation is only possible by opening the window facing the parking area, which brings in additional noise and discomfort. Right under the window there is a table for guests to sit, which further reduces the sense of privacy when the window must be kept open. There are no blackout curtains, and the existing blinds and curtains block the airflow into the room. The bed linen contains polyester, which adds to the discomfort and heat during sleep.

It was a very good place, 10 minutes walk to the town centre and beach ⛱️ Leanne was a fantastic host everything in the room was perfect, nothing was to much, will definitely be staying there again when down this way , and will recommend Leanne s guest house to friends and family. Thanks for a great stay.

If I was to be picky as I am of big build the shower cubicle could have been bigger. But please note it's clean and powerful and I was able to cope. So please don't take my opinion the wrong way 👍

The location for us was brilliant just over a 5 min walk to where we had to be, we didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that but the room and facilities were excellent.
