    Nothing, everything was superb.

Centrally located to popular locations. Apartment was spotlessly clean, host made us very welcome. Room was equipped with quality items (tv, drink making things, etc…) and not the usual cheap stuff that some hosts have in theirs. Everything had been thought about, even down to the provision of washing up liquid and pot washing sponge. The converted dairy shed is located in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of a busy holiday location, it was fantastic to open the French doors in a morning and hear the birds twittering, and not the sound of traffic and people. The WiFi speed was decent too, we took our Amazon Fire Stick, so we could watch PAYG TV at night, we suffered no buffering when streaming in 4K. Plenty of room to park a large vehicle, clear booking in instructions were given, along with what3words coordinates, so we could find the place easily. Would definitely recommend this. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is the country so expect country smells

The hosts are unbelievably kind helpful and friendly. The accommodation is like staying in a hotel room with large fluffy towels and lovely hand soap. The property is very clean and comfortable. As there are no cooking facilities ( there is a kettle, mini fridge and toaster) you only need cereal, bread and snacks in the room. Tea / coffee and sugar are provided. On arrival you get an absolutely beautiful homemade scone with jam, cream and plenty of milk for your hot drinks. There is a cafe in the village which is about a mile away for a cooked breakfast if you want it and a local country pub for a hearty lunch or evening meal. The view from your room is a lovely nature type area with birds, butterflys, squirrels and the local cows in the next field. Hearing them mooing in the morning is just lovely. There is a flat screen TV in the room with freeview and netflix if you fancy a film night..there are some lovely walks around the area. Long country lanes with very little traffic. So peaceful and quiet. The area beyond has the most beautiful beaches for more coastal walks or relaxing days on the beach. The hosts recommended some great places for us to visit including where to buy the best cornish pasties. We had a lovely stay.

Nothing really. Rural location- narrow lanes and smell from working farm not ideal, but price reflects this.

Friendly owners that go out of their way to give advice and make you feel relaxed. Welcomed with homemade scones with cream and jam on arrival. Milk, sugar, tea & coffee provided Clean modern room with lovely decor. Great use of a small area. Good size shower room, lovely fluffy towels and mat. large balcony to watch the birds. Dog made very welcome with a bag of biscuits for him on arrival. Good value.
