Very comfy beds! Had a great sleep

Lovely spacious room at a great price! Friendly staff, straightforward check-in and out, a great location really near shops, cinema, and lots of other places to visit. Great facilities - so handy to have a fridge and microwave in the room, as well as a separate sink for washing up. Perfect for a budget-friendly relaxing stopover.

Excellent value for money.

Room could have had more furniture.

I would recommend this place for business purpose close to work not far from to get places in Liverpool cheap enough but got enough. The stuff are Crescent and if you had any problems they will rectify them.

I choose to return here often for business trips. Clean rooms with ensuites, microwave and fridge and tea/coffee in each room. Plenty of local shops, restaurants and bars.

Nothing. I was scared and uncomfortable

8:12 I did not stay at this accommodation. I did check in and was shown to my room. Going to my room I found the place to be very dingy, unpleasant and quite frankly dirty. I passed ongoing building works which hadnt been cleaned up and outside my room door was a huge pile of dirty laundry consisting of bedding and towels. The bed in the room had not been made up and there was no clean linen around for this to be done. The curtains in the room were falling off the poles and when I opened them I was greeted by a brick wall. There was no lock on the bedroom door so therefore the room was not secure to stay in. The who appearance of the room was dirty and unkempt. From the front of the hotel the windows were filthy and curtains on the windows were not hung properly. as a single elderly lady there was no way I could stay in your hotel on my own. I felt very intimidated and unsafe. I gathered my things and left. When I met friends from the area, later in the evening they said that your hotel, allegedly, is used to house people who have just come out of prison. Says a lot and confirms to me why i felt so insecure however that doesn't excuse the tardiness of the property. I really want my money refunded. regards. Ann Morgan

Good hotel if you coming to football game £8 uber to anfield from there Cheap and cheerful, room was clean and receptionist was very friendly would stay again.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I'd say it's perfect for people that travel through there to sleep for the night and go on the next day, but the parking is not guaranteed.

There wasn't parking space for me even though i specifically marked that I need one and I gave my car details on the check in form. The exterior of the hotel and interior of the room looked little bit outdated, the other hotels can give better looking room for that price. The toilet was small and it only had 1 towel even though the booking was for 2 people.

The room was so small and not clean,marks on the walls.needed repainting and wall paper coming off.Only one towel and one cup ..when it was booked as a couple.A microwave in room but no fridge(odd).Had to sit down on bed so my husband could get passed..far to small to put a double bed in there room 202!!

It was fine

Never judge a book by its cover as the saying goes. From the outside the property looks like it could do with some tlc but inside everything just fine. Very spacious and comfortable room. Great shower. On site parking. Pretty quiet location. Very friendly dude at reception too.

It is budget so you get what you pay for. Staff were friendly and it was an ideal location to visit family. Shower was nice
