Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. There is a lovely sea front terrace, that is heated and bright. Serving drinks, coffees and cakes throughout the day. The hotel is super clean and modern. The hotel staff are exceptional with the best customer service offered throughout our stay. The best!

Location and private parking were excellent. The staff were great, friendly, helpful, welcoming and professional. Cleanliness was 5*, decor modern, high quality and fresh. My single, sea view room was far better than expected, with a small double bed and immaculately clean. The only issue was the quality of the food, which was mediocre. Risotto should be made with risotto rice, not congealed, luke warm basmati, carrot and lumpy swede mash is unacceptable alongside mashed potatoes and what looked like tinned potatoes. The sliced beef was insipid and uninviting. The waiter referred to me as ‘ my dear’, also unacceptable and disrespectful. All in all the dining experience let the hotel down badly, focussing on what appeared to be coach party mass catering of sub standard quality. The food would put me off booking again sadly.

Excellent location, beautifully clean hotel with fantastic staff who can’t do enough for you. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Superb breakfast with a vast menu choice. The outdoor seating space at the front of the hotel is very pretty with a lovely ambiance, the perfect place to enjoy an evening drink. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning !
