Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdom⚠️ URGENT COMPLAINT & WARNING ⚠️ Property: Sina Parast / Haghighat – Key Bridge Estates Platform: Booking.com Stay Duration: [insert date] Review by: [Your Name] I am writing this to share a deeply distressing and unsafe experience with Key Bridge Estates, managed by Sina Parast and Haghighat, booked via Booking.com. I believe it is a public safety matter, and this listing should be investigated and removed from the platform immediately. ⸻ My Experience: 1. Wrong Location / First Relocation Upon arrival, I was relocated to a completely different property from the one I originally booked. No proper explanation was given. I complied calmly, assuming it was a logistical issue. 2. Unsafe Entry – A Stranger in My Room When I arrived at the new location and opened the door, I was shocked to find a large man already lying on the bed in the apartment. I was alone at the time, as my husband was due to arrive later. This was incredibly frightening, inappropriate, and a complete breach of safety and privacy. They quickly moved me again, to a third unit in the same building — which appeared to be poorly maintained, dangerously renovated, and generally not fit for occupancy. The hallways smelled damp and unfinished construction work was visible. 3. Invasion of Privacy While Alone and Vulnerable The next day, while I was alone and getting ready, unknown men entered the property TWICE without permission. My boyfriend had just gone out. I was in a vulnerable state, not dressed, and they walked in unannounced and unapologetically. They later told me I had to leave the property — but the man who came admitted that he didn’t even know I was meant to be there until he called his manager. This was due to their internal miscommunication, yet I was the one treated like an intruder. 4. Racist Comments & Threats My boyfriend overheard them speaking about us in a racially offensive way. The situation escalated.

United KingdomThe property is not finished and they should not be advertising as available. The property has no heating throughout, it was like an ice box to the extent we even had to purchase a heater, when trying to contact the owner he hung up and blocked our calls, we couldn't have a shower as there was no shower head . One of the windows was broken which let even more cold in. When looking at the pictures of property on line the property looked beautiful and the rooms looked great but in fact they are tiny and nothing like they look online. I would advise no one to stay here. There was also no privacy as there was no curtains I had to block windows with pillows and other objects tried contacting owner during the conversation they hung up and blocked our call they didn't want to know what was wrong with their property they were simply interested in their money please avoid at all cost you will only be disappointed cold and dirty as you can't even have a shower what a disappointment thanks
The property clearly not finished. If finished to a certain standard I believe the property could be beautiful and very popular if managed correctly
