Few cobwebs, both inside the lodge and plenty on the canopy over the hottub Would have liked curtains to block out more of the light.

Stunning spot, comfy beds and was so relaxing regardless of laying in the hot tub, seated on the sofa or ditting in front of the firepit.

Beautiful Cabins with a hot tub, so private and secure for kids in the 2 bedroom cabins, this is our 4th time staying, the owner and Wendy could not do enough for us. Beautiful surroundings

Everything, Wendy was so welcoming and even checked in on us in evening (she didn’t come in just shouted out to ask if we needed anything) it was extra care that was much appreciated! You have your own area with hot tub and complete privacy, we will defo be back!

I would maybe bring some extra towels as we were in and out of the hot tub a lot and then showering.

We loved having our own privacy. It was fantastic being able to bring our wee dog. Wendy was lovely. Called in, stocked us up with wood for the fire. Wendy left my kids over an Xbox to play on and was very helpful. We had netflix. We stayed for 2 nights. The hot tub was lovely and warm. The cabin itself was toasty, maybe too warm at times. The heating can be controlled. It was nice to have some family time together. We went to Derry/Londonderry shopping and had a fantastic meal. The cabin kitchen is well equipped and you could make any meal you fancy. We had a lovely view of a river. Was lovely just watching the wildlife. I would recommend this lovely little getaway.

Struggling to find anything...Perhaps advance notice to bring own towels for hot tub, and perhaps advance notice to bring own wood for outside fire pit? But seriously, these were not issues in any way.

The location is beautiful, the sounds from the river very relaxing. We had all we need with the excellent facilities, and Wendy was extremely helpful with great suggestions for visits in the region. The hot tub was great, completely private, and easy to use. We were grateful that it was all set up and heated when we arrived at 20h00. Excellent wifi and great to have tv in each room.

I genuinely cannot say enough about this whole experience. It was absolutely amazing. The accommodation was beautiful, clean, cosy and a ‘home from home’. Wendy is a genuine and caring lady that went way above for my family. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

We stayed the weekend at Walsh's mill lodge. It was absolutely fantastic. Wendy is superb and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay and everything we needed. The hottub and location made our stay incredibly enjoyable and serene. We will be back for sure!
