The staff were lovely, especially the Night Manager . It was also great to have a cooked breakfast. The room was big but the facilities were not the best, although I appreciated the presence of a fan to keep one cool as well as the complimentary earbuds.

The bathroom was very cramped. The bed was only a single which should have been a double for that price. The bed was also situated where there was a gap with the wall which was not comfortable to sleep in at all.

The staff were brilliant, they accommodated us perfectly, the barman that you have is an absolute legend, that man works so hard. He was doing at least 3 people's jobs by himself and for most of his shift too.

The room, we were in the sleepwell rooms at the other site. Well, we didn't sleep well at all, street facing, fighting going on right outside, the adjoining rooms were so noisy it was unbearable. I could imagine that if you were in the main hotel it would have been so much better but the outside rooms I really wouldn't bother, go find an air bnb, and for £164 a night I am absolutely shocked they dare charge that much for that shithole and I'm putting that nicely. Like I say main hotel, I could see the difference. Complaint incoming to the company.

Not all but some of the staff left a lot to be desired. The night porter when we arrived on Friday 25th July was excellent.

Location perfect, staff friendly, easy checkin/check out. Nice little touch in the room where brownies were left on arrival.

Breakfast less than average but did go out of there way to help with what was available. The place in general is tired and if a town with more choice would be last choice amongst most unfortunately.

The hotel was very close to the family celebration we were attending. Our room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

First room had door key issue. Was moved room. That room had some electrical issues with plugs. Notified staff who said thanks for letting them know.

We have to say, your staff are outstanding. Very friendly. Breakfast was lovely but don't understand why it can't be in the restaurant upstairs as it's empty over breakfast time. The breakfast area feels like a cafe and too cold. The staff there were amazing this morning though.

The breakfast area. The carpets as your probably aware need replacing. They do smell as they are old. We stayed in room 15 and there were black hairs on the shower wall and is probably still there. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay.

I found it very noisy because of the night club opposite. I talked to the staff and moved to a room the other side of the hotel. A peaceful night followed.
