Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Mattress quite soft, and the bedframe’s middle support legs were no longer in place. It would have been nice to have a kettle.
Good location 12 minutes walk from bus routes to Heathrow. Quiet. Modern bathroom. Easy and clear check in instructions.

The home was confusing It's about 4 miles from airport Uber fare is 40 gbp Bus I took but it long walk from drop off to accommodation Room is small bathroom is very tight No tea or coffee available or tv House entrance is confusing because I has problem And next customer was also have problem to enter lucky I see their issue and open door tlfor them Maybe bit light to see the code panel

The room needed a comfortable chair. A little traffic noise but nothing too disturbing.

Linen was clean, bathroom was clean and nice,but there is a bit of a smell.. nothing horrible,bit of dump but with windows open you will not notice.Could do with a bit of paint

it would have have been perfect if upstairs rooms have a microwave. the water pressure in the room that I stayed in was very low. other than that the room and the house was pleasant to stay in.

Fridge cannot fully open due to small room and big bed. Dirty inside fridge. Yellow stain on wall. Toilet doesn't stop dripping making a noise all night. Super small room so nowhere to sit besides the bed. Patio door opens to overgrown weeds and a dirty dumped mattress. Patio door extremely difficult to lock. In a council estate area so stores a bit of a walk away.
Close to airport. Large bed. Easy to get in. Clean bathroom.

Not as clean as the pictures suggest, dirty floor and hairs on the bed! Like staying in a room in a houseshare. Bathroom sink is tiny and impossible to lean over. Wouldn’t recommend staying more than 1 night. Extremely noisy guests until middle of the night so bring headphones/earbuds. No kettle in room.
Was working on location so just needed somewhere for one night, easy communication with management. Private bathroom, private fridge, TV with Netflix etc which I wasn’t expecting! Would rate 6.8. Great price.

The bed was very uncomfortable for a nights sleep. I did it one night but I wouldn’t do it again although everything else was great. Mattress needs to be replaced and would make this place perfect

the pictures are definitely not representative of what we got, in reality the rooms are a lot smaller than what is advertised. Also for those who may not be aware this accommodation is similar/equal to a regular house that has turned each of its rooms into a studio so be prepared to hear other people as each studio isn’t a separate property
It’s convenient and just what we needed as we were looking for a couple nights in london however didn’t want to pay the extortionate prices that come with hotels that are in the central area.

It was really far out from the station and difficult to get to. There was also only one set of crockery, despite travelling as a couple
