Due to booking.com messing up my booking I was lead to believe that I will be staying in a static caravan for my two nights stay When I got there I was told the booking was for my caravan which I don't own one and made this clear before hand. .

The staff were very kind and offered me a tent which I accepted. They were.lovely and understood my situation. They really try to make sure their customers are comfortable

Unless you are very specific about your arrival time you may find it hard to find someone but if you ask around, you'll get help. Restaurant menu was a bit pricey but the food was actually really good.

The team are friendly and welcoming. The pre-set tents were a great size, very comfortable and the facilities were pretty good. Breakfast is pretty decent. The views and surrounding areas are amazing.

It was freezing cold in the tents. They should provide a heater with butane gas so it runs for atleast 3-4 hours to help people to sleep.

Had to go into the main house to use a loo/bathroom/shower which I hadn’t appreciated when I booked but it was always free when I needed it. The chalet description said 6 m2 but I would say it was smaller than that.

Friendly and welcoming staff. The chalet is a Shepherd’s Hut which although unexpected was quite a quirky experience and it grew on me as the stay progressed. Everything was clean and tidy. Parking was good and the setting is beautiful. Lovely when lit up at night.

Staff and place were fantastic. Despite a mess-up from booking.com which said they were a hostel, staff dealt with the situation with a balance of professionalism and humour, despite the stress. I had a brilliant comfortable stay as a women travelling alone. Great views Food looked great Great atmosphere with beautiful lights Friendly Has all amenities needed. Slept really well!

This wee hidden gem is the most relaxed I've felt in a long time. No gimmicks, entertainment, or staff trying to get you to join in games. it's just peace perfect peace. Surrounded by woodland, with only the birds singing in the morning to wake up to, just perfect. What a real bunch of happy staff here. You get that great atmospheric feeling as soon as you get here. They're only too happy to help in any way they can and go that extra mile. I'd recommend this wee gem to anyone who wants to get away from it all and get rest in still of the night.

Nothing bad to say about the place.

This place is amazing! I stayed the night when I was having a migraine and needed to sleep it off in my van. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Fraser who showed me where everything was and just generally made me feel better about things and I managed to get some good, stress free rest in before I continued on my journey. The facilities were great - very clean and plenty of toilets for all the guests to use. The views were stunning and the grounds were quiet at night. Honestly couldn't recommend this place more, everyone should stay here if they're passing through.

The manager was extremely unprofessional. They provided us with a different check-in time than what was stated in the confirmation email, asked us to leave, and even attempted to cancel our stay on multiple occasions.

It is a fraud offer! Be careful - the owner is a real deceiver ! I was left without any accommodation however I've booked one futon bed in a space with 5 futon beds.
