There wasn’t very much crockery - only enough for 2 really. But we weren’t self catering so this didn’t matter to us. One of the door handles was broken, but again this didn’t affect our stay.

A really good central location with everything near by - shops, restaurants, beach and pier. NCP car park is also very nearby. The flat is relatively modern with full kitchen and bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful when we had a query and we got a very quick response.

Cleaning really needs to be looked at an extra chair or sofa as three adults could not sit in the lounge comfortably.

It was a good location obviously things cannot be helped at times the security door at front needs to be fixed as we had a group of men one night come into the block and knocked on all the doors. Noise levels are loud on the street

The pull out sofa bed was very old and thin, very uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on the floor.

The only thing which I know can’t be helped is the nightlife that happens in the street below the apartment especially during the weekend but like I said this isn’t anything the owners can do about it. There’s one suggestion is I think the windows need to be opened in the main stairway as when the suns out it’s absolutely roasting in there! I do think there needs to be a designated dustbin for the flats as someone had left their rubbish bags outside and the seagulls had got to it. Also the description said there was a hair dryer but we couldn’t find it I don’t know if we just didn’t look hard enough but we couldn’t find it.

It was very comfortable and the staff or owners were very quick to answer any queries we had. My son loved his own room he was looking forward to going back to the apartment because of how comfortable it was. Apart from the confusion when we first got to the apartment with the code everything was perfect as we knew it was just a copied and pasted message that’s probably sent to all the people that stay at the apartment. And from what we seen everything was very clean. And all appliances worked perfectly! If we go back to Weston next year I hope we’ll be able to stay in the apartment again! 😊

The fact one of our apartment was open when we got there, the front door didn’t lock, one apartment didn’t have a door handle, both sofas were stained and there was just general upkeep that needed to be done. We then shut the apartment front door and it locked itself!! Had to wait half an hour with all our stuff inside for the right code.

The location was close the everything and the place looked updated. The staff were very quick to reply and helpful.

Not a well stocked cutlery drawer, (lots of knives and 4 spoons) but only 3 forks and 1 tea spoon. Only two mugs and one cup. Only two side plates. Kitchen clock didn’t work. Saucepan cupboard - lacked selection and storage!! Bathroom:- only I toilet roll. No hand towel or bath/shower mat. Extractor fan required cleaning. Toilet seat very loose on toilet. Double bed:- wheels on lower half, nothing on the upper half, made sleeping very uncomfortable!! Door handle missing on single room door. No lamp shades, just bare bulbs. There were ants in the kitchen cupboards and on the work surfaces. I feel the cleaning costs of £60.00 was very steep and should be either reduced or the standard of cleaning brought up to speed. We left the apartment in a better state than when we arrived. Yes if offered a cleaning refund, I would take it. We left toilet paper and washing up liquid.

Its location was idea for our needs. A good size apartment for two. Ideally placed for the beach, restaurants and town, together with train and bus hubs.

No mirror anywhere other than small shaving 1 in bathroom Sofa very dirty and stained Food left in cupboard and fridge from previous guest. Only half of a toilet roll in bathroom for a family of 4. No cloths or kitchen roll to wipe or dry surfaces. There was a mix up with the pass codes On more than I occasion other people were tying to get in to our apartment. I actually had to confront someone and move them on The apartment was fine beds comfy and location was convenient , however. General housekeeping and cleaning need some attention

we came in and at first we thought it was lovely but once we started to unpack and put things away we noticed how unclean it was, there was hair in our fridge , stains all in the cupboards, mold on one of the bedroom windows, we had to go out of our way and spend £20 on cleaning supplies to make sure that it was clean for us, and considering we asked for an early check in and it wasn't accepted made me unsure as to why considering It was not cleaned. we also noticed that the small shower head was leaking alot we also noticed that the main door to the building was accessible by any member of the public as the door code didn't work and we could just get in. we do have photos which I can send through WhatsApp shortly

There was no room for 4 people one had to sleep on sofa as there was only a double bed , single bed and a roll out very thin mattress type Roll our bed was dirty and I would not sleep on that but only big enough for a child . The flat needed a good clean skirtings boards were dirty .there was no fire escape just a door which was locked and a large sign saying no exit. The front door you just pushed to access as the code was not working.

The location was good . Towels and bedding clean . Beds for 3 was comfortable and good support from staff wirh access issues.

Lack of items in kitchen. Washing up liquid, potatoe masher , drainer etc. Also the sofa was really stained and dirty. If you replaced this sofa it would really bring the flat to life. More bin bags and also to be told where to put full bins would be useful. Also more tea towels.

It was a very lovely spacious flat. Great beds, super comfy..and a lovely big bath. Kitchen was nice but not a lot of cutlery or washing up liquid. I had to replace what they provided which was very small. And also missing essential items like a potatoe masher , a drainer and no big pots. Location was excellence distance to town, but a noisy street on some evenings.

Location was perfect and central. Communication and access was perfect! Apartment needs a bit of TLC but perfect for the cost and location. We booked for 3 adults and had a very comfy double bed and clean bedding and towels but the 3rd bed was described as a futon, but was more like a piece of foam.
