location for wildlife park is fabulous. can’t fault the friendly staff and 1 person did offer to carry case up the stairs. food was lovely, with great view of golf course.

although the site says upper floors accessible by stairs, it does not clearly state that all bedrooms are upstairs. in addition, the main doors are locked fairly early if you’re needing to go out for a meal, which means it’s not just 1 flight of stairs, it’s 4, because you have to go in the side entrance at the bottom of the hill. if you park near the main doors, you have to trek (no shortcuts) down the steep hill to get to the door at the bottom. if you park by the lower door, you can’t come out of that door after breakfast so again you have another almost full circle trek to get to the car. the disabled bays are next to the door that locks. also when taking suitcase in, you have to tackle through several doors to get to your room in a narrow corridor which is clunky/cumbersome. this hotel is not recommended to disabled guests.

Fabulous staff, really lovely breakfast that was freshly cooked, the room was a great size, had a small balcony and a fabulous view.

Food was only served until 6.30pm (only 4pm during the week) and the bar was only open until 8pm which I think is a bit limiting if you are a hotel guest. At least have a sandwich menu available for after 6.30pm/4pm for hotel guests

The room we had overnight was really lovely, having a large shower, coffee making facilities and a large comfortable bed. Opening up the 2 half doors and 2 angled windows there was a balcony and the most beautiful view across the golf course. Plenty of parking and not too far from Bewdley town centre. Perfect.

You do need to have a car available as the town of Bewdley is 1 mile away down a very steep hill.

Lovely location, great view from window and from bar.Great breakfast .Plenty of parking space.

No evening meal available and bar closed too early. Bed was too soft and too low. Poor lighting in bathroom.

Breakfast could do with a few changes, pork sausage would be lovely not Cumberland, large mushrooms too greasy, otherwise it was ok

Great views, great looking room and a balcony to die for! and staff were great! One member of staff called Terrina stood out to us, she couldn’t do enough for us! So caring and friendly ! Staff like her need recognising for sure

Location good and room very comfortable and well appointed.

We would have liked a much wider choice for breakfast. Would have liked at least some of the following: Joghurt, fruit, croissant/rolls. The cooked breakfast looked very good but not what we would choose apart from poached eggs which were lovely.

Beware - when there are functions it is noisy! The staff did their best to help but given it was a hot night keeping the window open was not possible

Room had a balcony but no furniture to sit on. Ate there and had a very poor frozen fish and chips supper Told via email that the bar would close at 8 which wasn't a problem, the problem was that there was a private party and the music very loud. In all a disappointment

Air con not working, TV reception poor or TV is dying, bath towel not replaced, half empty water bottle left in room from previous occupants.

Nice room with balcony and amazing views

Bed was uncomfortable and smelled quite bad. Either they didn't change the sheets or they don't wash the duvets or pillows. Disappointing.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff informative and professional. Great breakfast
