No facility in the walk in shower, to put hell or shampoo, needs a small shelf.

Windows in room didnt open. There was only toileteries provided for one person. Shower was very slow to drain. We were not told about breakfast options when we checked in and in the morning we were told it has to be ordered the previous evening.

Our room was rather warm and no air flow but they did provide fans. My brother’s room was better as they had an opening window.

In case of fire starting from the bar or kitchen, all guests are most likely to perish as there is only one fire escape route, the entrance to the rooms. The shower drainage was compromised, I had to stop before finishing as it was about to overflow. The television had no remote control

The room was called "Kings deluxe suite ' or something, but apparently they're all called that. It had no window, apart from a very high velux one and was quite small, considering the naming.

A friendly welcome with accommodating staff and good facilities. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. I enjoyed an evening meal at the venue which was really nice and just what I needed after travelling. The room was very comfortable with a fan available and complimentary bathroom products. The breakfast was really nice and very filling comprising of a full English along with cereal, fruit and yoghurt choices.

The outside space was untidy but I was informed by the owner that is something that will be rectified in time, it didn’t spoil my stay as they say “don’t judge a book by its cover”

The exterior of the building says nothing about the excellent service inside. Clearly in need of some TLC outside but this may already be planned once income has reached a certain level!: If I lived in Cinderford I would come and weed the patio area especially by the entrance and see to the trough shaped plant holders on the front wall. Dealing with the plaster and painting the front, (white or cream) adding letters to The White Har NN and painting the wooden railings around the patio (soft sage green) would greatly enhance the building an curb appeal but I'm sure they are aware of this. If it was me I would put a sign out saying external refurbishment is going to be undertaken

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was exceptional. The room was spacious and cool in the high temperatures outside with a fan provided but we didn't need it. (Room 2) Breakfast was fantastic!

The room was warm, in fairness they provided two fans which we had on all night. The weather was very warm.

The staff are very friendly and the pub food is very good. We had starters and main both excellent quality and well cooked.

Bar closed very early on Friday and they stop serving food at 8pm.

Comfortable and adequate for my needs. Sofa in room to relax was great.
