There was a slight smell that was soon dispelled when we opened the doors and windows. The single beds were a little small for my 15 year old, but he managed.

Clean, easily accessible, everything you needed for a few nights away. Decor was tasteful and calming.

Staff at Parkdean reception were a little short and rude to us. When enquiring about passes to the pool we were told they would cost us £27 each. Not worth it for a 2 night stay. We only wanted to use the swimming pool but there was no separate, lower cost for this unfortunately. We had access to arcades, restaurant and play areas at resort though.

Really lovely accommodation, clean and well decorated. Comfy beds and everything we needed was inside (couldn’t find a cheese grater though!). Only a five minute walk to gorgeous beaches

Nice mobile home perfect for family. Good value for money. Short walk to amenities but quite areas. Wifi and SMART TV great for kids during moments of downtime.

The Parkdean resort, if you use these facilities, isn't particularly good value for money.

Though the place was generally clean, it had not been hovered prior to our use (general bits on floor, especially in lounge). Thankfully there was a hoover present which we used.

The accommodation was very nice and spacious. Owner was very helpful on phone as well.

Wasn't too keen on the security camera in the kitchen, felt a little big brother ish, however we 100% understand why necessary.

Very difficult to find among the hundreds of caravans especially in the dark. The key box is underneath the decking and you have get on your knees, not ideal if it’s been raining, needs to be moved to more accessible position

I should have read it fully as I didn’t realise you allowed pets. There were a few dog hairs on the bedding and the sofa.

Some pet hairs were on the sofa in the kitchen and mat in the bathroom. We didn't let this bother us because the place was so lovely.

Beautifully decorated. Good amount of space. Clean rooms. Beds were comfortable. Loved the ensuite room. Excellent WiFi. Had everything that was needed. Felt like home away from home.

Unfortunately, the bed in the main bedroom was quite uncomfortable. If a new comfier mattress or topper was applied I think it would definitely help.

It was clean and tidy, the location was ideal for a family wanting to spend time at the beach or find entertainment on site.

Hairdryer and barbecue weren’t available. The gas oven burning food easily. The window in the toilet was jammed and unable to open it. The property would benefit with providing some information pack for the guests and perhaps providing soap in the toilets and bin liners.

Good location, very close to the beach, comfortable beds and sofas, lovely indoor features, good facilities overall except a few, clean and well maintained.

The property was clean, comfy very nicely decorated throughout and had all we needed for cooking meals (airfryer a bonus! We brought bbq with us and only used it couple of times as it was raining). Also larger fridge freezer than usual a bonus. We stayed at Parkdean few times in different campers and they were all much smaller. The owners very quick to respond to queries. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was far below expectations. The carpets were visibly dirty, the bathroom rail was thick with dust, and the sheets looked worn and overdue for replacement. Most concerning, however, was the flea infestation. My dog was covered in fleas within a day, and I was left with bites all over my legs. The owner assured me the place would be cleaned and treated the next day, but neither happened. Had to run to town to get supplies to wash my dog and spray the property myself. While the owner was polite, the service was completely inadequate. This property did not live up to the advertised standards, and I will never return.

The location was the only redeeming quality of this property.

It was dirty , mirror , windows , veranda , but mostly the upholstery throughout , the cushions , it smelt bad of bodies , dogs and cooking we left after three nights because we could t handle how dirty the cushions on sofas and eating area were , didn’t want to put feet on the floor !

We visited out of season and there was some rubbish on the ground around the site.

This is a really well laid out caravan with lots of little extra touches you don't usually get, like handsoap, bathmat, little lamps and an air fryer. The wifi was good. We really liked that the kitchen seating area converted to a double bed, and every room had a door for privacy. The beach is just a few minutes away and there is a pub about a 10 minute walk.

Overall, it was comfortable! Unfortunately there was no toilet paper in the property as we would expect in normal circumstances. No towels either, so ideally it should be specified that they are not provided. , It was a nice stay for a one night.
