Didn't feel very safe with the locks and the room was overall cramped i'm 5,6 and had to hunch over most the time. Was not the same as the image shown, same layout and vibe just in the attic and a lot smaller and warmer. Also due to room being so warm the UHT milk sachet had gone off and the thing that made me feel most on edge was being able to hear every word and sneeze and cough from the room next to us, walls were thin. We were in room 3.

Was a pleasant stay I liked the overall guesthouse and the room was pretty with good facilities and was clean.

I don’t think it should be advertised as “hotel” it’s a guest house which needs making more clear. We also had an issue in the fact the beds are quite small

Just to note this isn't a hotel its a hostel We got given our codes by txt the day of our booking to get into the hostel. (Main door seen in pics & room door on floor 1) No staff there ( you will not see anyone ) But was nice and clean 😁 Very happy and liked the fact we could take our dog, Theres a note board in the room on how you pay for dogs. We did that day of leaving in cash. The Room was lovely , we stayed in room 2 for 2 nights, had our own toilet/shower came with 2 large towels and 1 hand towel Had kettle , tea/coffee and cups/glasses Hairdryer in draw And right by the little village around shops and lovely walks. Parking can be tricky, so we put our in the train station and paid, which in a 2 mins walk away. The only thing I would say is there is no fan in the room and the room was warm, luckily we brought our own, but wanted to note that 😁 We had a great stay and would stay again Thanks

Lovely night stay, location was perfect, just a few minuets walk to local shops, restaurants and bars! Room was clean and the bed was comfortable :) Facilities were good however the bathroom was on the smaller side, especially if you're tall! Radiator in the bedroom couldn't be switched off, it meant that the room was very warm all night.... to the point both windows had to be opened 😅 A fan would have been useful, especially if the radiator couldn't be turned off.

It is advertized as a hotel, but it is not so, there is no service or restaurant or concierge, it should more appropriately be called a serviced room. While I didn't need to contact the property management, I met a couple who had issues with access and faced difficulties getting in touch with the person responsible. The room is also a little on the smaller side, wasn't an issue for me as I was staying solo, but could be cramped for a couple. And more towels would've been good (no hand towel was provided).

Very convenient location just 200m from the station. The room had the old-world charm, but was comfortable, with modernized furnishings, and the bathroom was good. The access codes were shared in advance so I personally didn't face any issue, and didn't have to deal with any staff.

Located on a busy road which was louder than we thought it would be, made it difficult to sleep. I could hear the people in the room next to us very loudly. A hairdryer would have been useful.

Close to the train station which made it easy to travel around the lakes.

Linen was poor quality and pillows were awful. No hairdryer. Milk sachets out of date. Previous guests socks left on radiators. Smoke alarm had no battery. Other guests stood outside smoking so noisy in room. Catch in window broken. Should have made clear not a real hotel and that no staff would be on site.

Bathroom had excellent shower. Code locks easy to use. Radiators very good.

It should be called a guest house, not a hotel. It was a bit difficult to find as there were no sign on it. £125 per night with a shared bathroom and the toilet. Check out time is at 10:00 on a Sunday is ridiculous! Very thin walls, you can hear everything. The outside traffic is noisy as windows are not double glazed.

The main disappointment is that there was no cleaner to change our towels for 3 days also you can hear noises from other rooms very clearly so no privacy and no hair dryer or anything at this hotel.

The only good thing about this place is that it's close to the train station and a little clean that's all.

The bathroom was clean when I moved in but the people I shared tbe bathroom with had no respect. The floor was wet, to the door and toilet after they had used the shower. Not your fault but maybe put up a sign asking people to use the bath floor mat provided . Difficult to locate. The mugs have chips all around the rim , not hygenic

The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The door codes were easy to follow and worked well.
