We were 3 nights, the jacuzzi was very nice, the breakfast was very delicious and served on time in the room. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were lovely, hones, and very kind.

We like too much jacuzzi, because in the evening it is possible to relax and rest in the hot bubble water and in the morning time we are fresh. The food was very delicious, fresh, and healthy VIcky was so amasing, talkative, kind and we possible to rely for her for everything.

Amazing suites in a great location

Our stay at Windermere suite hosted by Vicky was amazing from the moment we arrived to our time to check out the room was above expectations, the very big spa bath being the highlight. Breakfast was served in the room lots of choice and very plentiful and tasty. Vicky our host couldn't been more perfect very welcoming and friendly.

Everything was great, delicious breakfast delivered to your room through a hatch, so you don’t have to physically open your door. Beautiful large room,comfortable bed.The bathroom had a large walk in shower and an amazing whirlpool bath with overhead mood lighting and a television too.

We liked everything,no complaints whatsoever.

The service and the room was amazing. Vicky looked after us like her own, breakfast delivered to our room was the bonus felt like we was in another country. Everything was close-by and perfect drives to and from the lakes. Highly recommended and will be coming back again - A.MIAH

The property was beautiful it was well presented and so clean and the food was brilliant the lady who owns the place was so welcoming will definitely be visiting again

Great breakfast options and delivered to your room! Excellent location, close to everything you need, restaurants, offer shops, supermarkets. Walk down into Bowness.

Property was excellent, if there was a possibility of a bar that would top everything but the place was exactly as advertised.

The room was spacious and really nice. The location was great to venture out to bowness and Ambleside. breakfast was nice and served in the room on time which was a nice touch. Spa bath in the room was nice too along with tv and mood lighting.

I feel the host Vicki should have made us aware of the dog at the property before we checked in. Also I was refused a towel on request as had to explain why I needed it. The host explained they only change towels once a day but when you pay £450 for 2 nights you shouldn’t have to explain why you need a towel. The host was not very co-operative when we asked about areas to see and eat as we were tourists but we ventured out and found many things to do luckily doing our own research.

Vicky the host was lovely, friendly and knowledgeable on the area. I loved the location in Windermere on Lake road. The breakfast was amazing both mornings 👌🏻

The host was amazing, very helpful and was so considerate. My wife is scared of dogs, so the host would always rush and pick her dog up when she heard us coming !

It was a hot day and the fan wasn't the best so was very hot in the room

We had parking. The welcome was very warm (even the dog was vey welcoming) Very knowledgable with local restaurants and good advice on making a booking for food. Breakfast was lovely and nice that it was brought to your room. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

The back in the smoking area could do with a clean up as the ashtray had not been cleaned

Made to feel immediately at home by the lovely owner. Rooms are large and the enourmous jacuzzi baths perfect for recovering from hikes and climbs. Breakfast is excellent and served in your room. I'm an EV driver and they have loads of charging available, that made it the perfect base to explore the lakes. Excellent location with plenty and great bars and restaurants on the doorstep
