We had a lovely stay. The room was clean and very pleasant. Breakfast was very tasty and we could eat as much as we wanted. Excellent stay we couldn't fault it.

The mirrors in the room were too high. I'm only 5'2" and struggled to see into the bathroom mirror. I had to sit on a pillow to use the mirror above the dressing table and there wasn't a full length mirror in the room. I felt that there was plenty of room to put one as the room was large.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, I was particularly impressed that they serve potato bread! The room facilities were very good, and the fridge came in handy. The bar was well stocked and fairly priced as well.

Hallways and stairs was a little dated with the carpet but didn't ruin our stay. The bed was uncomfortable for us but different beds suit different people.

The room was clean and spacious and had some lovely little touches left for us like bottle water and biscuits. The owners was really nice and welcoming. The room was decorated nice and really bright.

The bed wasn‘t very comfortable and the room was noisy. You could hear people slammimg the doors all night and day.

Directly at the coast with a promenande at the Beach. Also the tram station is just across the street which makes it easy to go to the cebter of Blackpool

I asked for 1 double bed and 3 singles, but got 2 double and one single, so my girl didn't want to share the bed, she slept on the floor. This wasn't in the booking.com.

The hotel is located on the seafront and is easily accessible by foot or public transportation. Breakfast is excellent.

There wasn't anything we didn't like it was perfect

Everything , such a beautiful hotel , owner gave us family room with room attached for children last minute as hotel we previously booked was run down and unsuitable, owner took our booking late at night and children were so happy. Very accommodating and will be booking again in the future. Beautiful rooms.

Staff were lovely as always everytime we go, room was clean and tidy, breakfast was lovely. Room was decent size, had a tv, kettle, coffee, tea, milk, water, biscuits sugar. Also had iron and a hair dryer so had everything that was needed. Staff go extra to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Nothin , honestly the cleanest an most friendly hotel breakfast was perfect , they gave a bar , pool table really homely place

Staff was very welcoming on arrival also let us check into our rooms early , gave us a choice of 2 rooms , it was extremely clean to high standards and owners sat an talked with us at breakfast , breakfast was amazing plenty of choice , from a large range of cereal’s , toast , full English and fruit yogurts as well as other things

The rooms were clean and tidy and just what we needed! Loved how quiet it was because it’s out of the way but so easy to just hop on the tram from the hotel. All staff were lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was delightful and the place was child friendly. Will definitely be staying again.
