It was very hot in the bedroom with only a dehumidifier that made no difference to how stifling the air was. We had no choice but to open the windows onto a busy road with a bus stop right outside. A portable air conditioner would have made a huge improvement.

The outdoor space was especially enjoyable.

Parking is somewhat pricey but I guess that's just Windsor. Our room was at the front and although it didn't bother us the road was noisy.

Very easy access and immaculate room. Enjoyed use of the kitchen and garden at breakfast, thanks for the coffee and other beverages. Had a great stay and would rebook if in the area

It was a warm day (28 degrees) and the room had no aircon, only fans. It was very warm throughout the night. If your room is on other than the ground floor, it’s a very steep narrow staircase to manoeuvre your bags up. The owners do mention that there is no lift in the building, at the time of booking, so definitely keep this in mind before confirming your room.

Beautifully presented home from home . Room layouts made great use of space, luxury furnishings and bedding . Great to have lounge, dining & patio area to meet with friends . Love touches of espresso machine , speciality teas , milk & biscuits .

A little bit of climb to top floor with very narrow steps. (This had been advised in description). Struggled a little bit personally as I have perineal neuropathy, but once at suite the rooms were fabulous!!

As an 82 years young lady, I found the steps to the loft where the suite was VERY high, but I managed on my fours.😂 hence, a 9 and not a 10.

No breakfast provided but Breakfast facilities were great and very close to Waitrose to buy viennoiseries. We loved that place as soon as we pushed the door, extremely well designed and very comfortable. Our suite of 2bedrooms and bathroom and exta toilet was superb.

We were there during a heatwave. The room had a cooling unit but the effect was very limited partly because it was so hot at night! It’s more an observation and not a criticism as they had tried to finds ways to keep the room cool!

House was immaculately clean. Decor was beautiful and all the facilities were lovely. Great bathroom. The owner was at the propane we arrived and was planning for a party the following day. He offered us drinks and home made ice cream which was delightful! Very friendly and helpful.

Large well designed room and excellent ensuite bathroom. The communal facilities are welcoming, well equipped and kept very clean. Literally a 10 minute walk to the sights of which Windsor has many.

Excellent location 5 mins walk to Windsor Castle - room and bathroom very modern and spotlessly clean - communal lounge and outdoor seating area perfect and plenty of tea/coffee/milk etc always available. Bottle of Prosecco and a box of Ferrera Roche welcomed me to my room.

Great location, very clean and well maintained. Great hosts. We had 4 very large bags which we couldn’t carry upto the loft room but luckily there is luggage storage on the ground level.
