The location is very suitable. Each scenic spot is a 20-minute walk away and the price is half the price.

All aspects were more than agreeable. As dogs and pets are allowed , I would recommend a deeper clean especially at the entrance to the airbnb.

The Airbnb was above the garage of a stunning detached house in the beautiful village of Shipton under Wychwood. Dreamy! The flat was clean, very well equipped and comfortable. The best part was the warm welcome from JIlly. She was always ready to help us which we needed due to car problems. The Village has a good restaurant nearby to the Airbnb which really made our stay even better as it avoided late night sorties. Also great selection of places for a wide variety of breakfasts. We didn’t get around to doing it but there are lots of walks etc in the picturesque surroundings.

Tim and Jilly were exceptional hosts. We were made to feel very welcome. Seamless check in with Tim who was there to greet and provided lots of useful information about the local area, and recommendations for places to visit/eat. I took my dog and the garden area was priceless with the added excitement of meeting Archie and Oscar! All in all, a fantastic studio in a great location with everything you need for a short stay. Spotlessly clean and lots of thoughtful touches such as the milk and bottled water were left for us in the fridge, as well as plenty of tea/coffee supplies which were more than adequate as well as plenty of toiletries/cleaning supplies. Overall, a really lovely location and facilities.

Tim and Jilly were lovely and welcoming hosts. Tim met us to hand the key and showed us around. Studio was a decent size for our needs and we could use the garden, which our dog really enjoyed. There are few pubs walking distance from the accommodation and Chipping Norton town centre just few minutes drive.

Absolutely wonderful studio. Everything you could need. Thoughtful little extras like milk provided in the fridge, plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. Towels for the dogs etc..Even fresh flowers in the studio. Lovely and warm, great shower and comfortable beds

Very good location, very short walk from the wychwood wild garden which was beautiful. Plenty of space very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again. Our pugs also loved it and they loved meeting the hosts dogs! Tim was very friendly and informative and has phenomenal amounts of local knowledge also always on hand to help with anything needed. Great parking on the drive too!

Great place to stay, with a dog friendly enclosed garden. Perfect location, a couple of pubs within walking distance (closest one, 2 mins away). Tim and Jilly were amazing hosts. Tim recommended us a few towns and pubs to visit - which turned out to be our favourite. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

The studio is part of a very nice cottage. It is located in a beautiful village in the heart of the Cotswolds, tucked away from crowds. Tim and Jilly take great care of the property (which is immaculate) and their guests.

The bed was a little soft and springy which we found a little uncomfortable but that was down to personal preference.

Absolutely stunning location and perfect space for what we needed as a couple with a 4 Month old baby. Simple but had everything we needed, very clean and wonderful, accommodating hosts.

Really well located to visit the North Cotswolds- beautiful village with great pubs and dog walks. The property was well equipped & clean. Milk & water in the fridge upon our arrival was a nice touch. Separate entrance and garden was great also.

There wasn’t anything I particularly didn’t like about the property!

It was so clean and pretty! The beds were delightfully comfy!!! I particularly loved the fresh flowers in a vase, a really lovely touch! The location was perfect to reach everywhere around the area. And the hosts were very friendly and helpful 😁!
