The property needs updating, needs a very good clean, bed needs replacing to a bigger newer bed,

The owner was very responsive and helpful, we arrived early, the lady cleaning was happy for us to drop our bags in the property. Parking is close by.

Floor was dusty, it wasn’t overall that clean but it was bearable - shower gel strains in the shower, dust on toilet and in the corners of the floor

Everywhere needs thorough cleaning. Very dirty mugs in cupboard. Filthy residue in bathroom cupboard. Stained towels. Mould in shower and very bad smell.

Quiet location, good close parking Great water pressure and plenty of hot water The wifi was good and tv worked well.

The bed is not comfortable. I think with a small investment you can buy a more comfortable mattress and not springs that make noise. and feel them. Especially since a lot of the comments here felt the same way

The apartment is overall good in a quiet place The communication with the landlord is good and he always answers. We asked for an early check-in and he granted it to us, thank you very much. There is a radiator in the apartment that is connected to the wall and did not work. There was a 6-rib radiator that did work. And the owner of the house promised that it was enough, but it was borderline. At night the temperatures outside dropped by one to two degrees. And in the room the temperatures were 24. That was enough for me. But not for my wife. So we covered ourselves with another blanket In front of the entrance to the building is a path between the two buildings. On the right side, and at the end, an opening in the fence. Then you can get to the underground station in five minutes, instead of going with Google Pass for 20 minutes There is a splitter with several USB sockets The internet worked great

The property was advertised has a one bed-room flat. I was shocked on arrival to find out that it was more of a studio. This was very disappointing for me. It was not value for money at all.

The lack of mirrors & wall art, the loud sound of the fan in the bathroom, being told to be quiet at 10.15pm because a neighbour complained about my music. If you're a night owl, I wouldn't advise staying here.

Loved the space, the greenery, the tech, the soft lighting, the instructions, the location, the parking, the hot water, the powerful shower, the work space and the modern aspects.

The kitchen cabinets require updating and need more kitchen equipment such as a bottle opener. We could not open our J2O bottles which we ordered with our take away!!

The location of the flat is superb! Getting public transport into central London was easy, even for me. I brought my car down and there was plenty of parking! The flat itself was clean and stylish and the office set up is perfect.

the bed is soft, but small, its only 1.40m. humidity, but I guess its typical for many English houses.

it is obvious that the apartment is being used for rent for the first time. some little things were missing for a comfortable everyday life, but the owner provided everything on the first request. the metro station is quite far away if you go around on the Google map, but there is also an opportunity to cut the road, and in the end we got to the metro station in only 5-7 minutes. the metro line is very convenient, on average in 30 minutes - and you are already in the very center. the owner nicely provided even the necessary products for the first time (eggs, milk, tea, coffee)-thanks for this)).
