There was nothing we didn’t like.

It was very neat and tidy and it catered for all our needs. All the rooms were laid out perfectly. The beds were very comfortable.

Apartment was very damp constantly emptying the de humidifier which had to be on every day, kitchen cupboards and pans full of mould ,old newspapers on floor in between sofas,fridge and oven were filthy.

Brilliant location in a beautiful village overlooking the river ,5 minutes drive into Chepstow and the race course Lovely warm shower and comfortable bed ..

Nothing, it was a really good little break.

A really lovely apartment in a superb location. This apartment has a wonderful view of the river and is literally across the road from the Abbey Mill. We parked the car up and walked everywhere, it was very relaxing and peaceful. The apartment has everything that you need and everything works really well. The television is very easy to use and the wi-fi code is in a clear place to see. The car parking facility is very good and very easy to find and to get in and out of. It was fantastic that the host contacted me a week before and gave me all the details. In all the years I have been using Booking.com that isn't usually the case, it is either on the day or sometimes we even have to contact them. This made it even better as you know you are going somewhere where the host really cares, they even messaged us to check we had got in okay.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

The area was very peaceful, beautiful views but not too far from other places of interest. The accommodation was comfortable with a high level of quality fixtures and fittings.

Excellent location. Comfortable stay. Front bedroom a little noisy from passing traffic, but windows single glazed. Shame as a lovely little village. Great place for a base to explore. Very close to 3 pubs, Abbey and cafes. Views amazing.

Bin the plug in air fresheners - horrible overpowering smell - had to wash even clean clothes on getting home to get rid of the smell which permeated everything in the flat.

Excellent location, friendly owner, lovely bedding and towels. All equipment needed for a short stay. Good WiFi, tv channels and provision of tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and milk sachets so could make a drink on arrival. Would stay again.

This is more of a little bit of advice than a complaint, delete the pictures of the kitchen with the washing machine off the listing as it makes it look like there is a washing machine and i only took one pair of underpants and couldn't wash them (That's a joke by the way) BUT yes, there is no washing machine and some who stay may think there is due to the picture.

The apartment has everything you need for your stay. The location was superb, everything within a very short walking distance. If your a rambler, hiker or just someone who likes walks with great views and sites then this apartment is central to all that. Loved the view from the dinning table, fully equipped kitchen, great comfortable double bed which we had such a good sleep on. We loved our stay here and just wished we had more time off to stay there. Loved it!

Hmmm... Mira electric showers were never really the best invention and do not provide a great flow.

Location was perfect right opposite the wonderful river Wye and a few hundred metres from the stunning Tintern Abbey. Cosy and warm in spite of the Welsh mists and damp. Perfect for one person on a mission at Christmas.

Beautiful location overlooking the river Wye. Even in the depths of autumn it has a lovely view. There are lots of locations nearby to get anything from pub grub to high quality restaurant food and you are surrounded by great walking. Lovely spot.

Traffic noise as its on the roadside. Didn't bother me but my friend's bedroom was at the front and she is a poor sleeper.

It was a lovely flat in a fantastic location. Great amenities. Lovely views from the living room of the river wye. Lots to see and do in the village and near chepstow which is a beautiful town. 😃

The location was absolutely perfect. Tintern itself is so pretty with lots to do and other locations are within easy reach. We loved Tintern Abbey and towns such as Chepstow and Monmouth. There are lots of CADW sites to explore too. The flat was very clean and comfortable with tea, coffee and milk provided. Great hosts who made sure we had all the details needed in plenty of time and they responded immediately to our messages. We will definitely be back!
