As I am 78 years the seating unit was was very low and proved not to be easy to get up and down. Otherwise everything was first class.

Excellently presented for rental. Lovely cottage/house. Needed nothing as was very well equipped. Excellent all round. Five Stars.

Beautiful cosy property close to the beach and other amenities. Very cosy and we loved sitting in front of the fire in the evenings. Very clean and well looked after. Super helpful and friendly host. Will book again.

Invisible, repeated trip hazard 1/2 step in the kitchen. Pale tape or a pair of pale draft-excluder dogs as gatekeepers might help? A single drawer that needed some glue.

Well decorated and the cleanest rental I’ve been to. Welcome basket and an attractive garden in a location that suited me.

Different stepped levels in kitchen, bedroom/landing/bathroom. We had to really concentrate to avoid tripping.

I could easily live there. Enclosed garden is brill, dog and child safe. Ample parking. Will be back.

Only issue we had was the hive wouldn't work, owner tried to help fix it but none of us could make it work? It didn't affect our stay really as we had the log burner

The house was lovely and very well equipped! The kitchen had everything we needed. House is Nice and spacious Towels for the bathroom which is huge with bath and shower! It has a Great area for us and the dogs Not far from other places to drive to - we struggled to find acces to the beach at skipsea - no fault of the owner obviously!! Log burner was delightful! The dogs were in their element laid infront of it. My parents extended their stay for another 3 nights they liked it so much! Fabulous house and I have been recommending it to everyone! Would definitely return

Nothing to dislike! Just wish we could have stayed longer!

The house was absolutely stunning with everything you could possibly need and more! The private secure back garden was perfect for the dogs and the secure driveway parking was brilliant! The beds were so comfy and the kitchen was amazing! The whole house was furnished and decorated with a really high spec and was so spacious and immaculately clean on arrival. Lovely welcome hamper on arrival and excellent communication from the host. Definitely will return to this beautiful property and highly recommend others to do the same! Perfect location for some amazing beaches on the East Yorkshire coast; our two dogs loved it as much as us! Can't wait to return and explore some more!
