Would be nice to have some lights on the steps to the picnic table. Probably good solar would be sufficient and for those of us with ageing eyes, the WiFi password displayed in big print in the welcome pack

Checked situation with the gas before our arrival. It was very cold in the caravan. Perhaps check on the shower as it runs hot and cold and there was a lack of water pressure when we were there. Overall it’s a lovely home and situation.

Very dark in the key collection area. Would benefit from solar lighting also to the steps of the caravan. Issue with gas supply but this was solved quickly by the owner. Thank you.

Only disadvantage was the complex swimming pool, shop etc were not open. I'm guessing only because of being out of season in February. Wasn't a big bother as we wernt there for that.

Amazing caravan, spotless throughout. Great location and sea views. Even arrived to find someone had put the heating on ready for arrival.

Blind in the kitchen and net in the lounge kept falling down and walking up those hills after a few pints in the Victoria.

Clean and comfortable, sea views from the caravan, great location (if you're ok with hills) 20-30 minutes walk into town. Perfect base for walking, beach and good pubs.

- What's there in the property and what's not was not clearly mentioned in the booking information. - There was only 1 double bed and the rest all were single beds and a single duvet. - There was only 1 bathroom and 2 toilets Things like this are good to know beforehand.

Location was very near to the Borth beach and things like groceries and restaurants are also very nearby. Snowdon national park was one and a half hours away by car so not bad for a day out.

We loved our stay. The caravan is really well furnished, modern and clean. The view is absolutely beautiful. We were blessed with amazing weather for our stay so enjoyed the sunsets every night from the outside seated area. The on-site facilities were nice to have, but we mainly used the caravan as a base to explore the local area. Aberystwyth was nice, furnace falls was a real highlight.

My phone signal was down and I couldn't find my caravan . There was nobody in reception or a map that was obvious to spot . Luckily I was rescued by lovely holidaymakers . 🤗😉😊

Fabulous caravan in a stunning location !! Lovely views right across to Tywyn . Very relaxing stay . Borth is a wonderful and quirky place to explore . But the best part of this break was the helpful holidaymakers who not only found my caravan but gave me a lift there too . Then some more lovely people found the keysafe for me . So a very friendly place to stay . 😊

The fact that we opened the caravan door to a van that had not been cleaned from the previous renters after travelling 3 hours with 2 excited children and check in on time at 3pm to be greeted to this was very disheartening disappointing and disgusting.

The double bed was very smelly and damp. The sheets and mattress definitely need replacing. I had to sleep on the settee the 2nd night as the smell was soo unpleasant
