There is a food smell in the holes.

The hotel is very quiet and the staff are very nice. The food is better than the Tiblisi hotel food. The value of money is really worth it as they gently give us a free upgrade in the room and we get the best deal as we had breakfast and dinner.

Room was much too hot and wouldn't cool down (only one window for two floors). Showerheads loose. Breakfast only until 10, food decent but not great, rather repetitive.

Nice staff, very spacious and stylish room (maisonette apartment) with comfortable beds and two bathrooms. Small skilift and activity area directly next to the hotel. Children's play area including books and toys.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. The front desk staff seemed to lack the necessary experience in welcoming and assisting guests. Their communication skills were quite poor, especially in terms of language proficiency and customer service etiquette. One major issue I encountered was the lack of professionalism in handling guest information. Room details were written down manually, which does not reflect the standards of quality or professionalism one would expect from a hotel. This gave a very negative first impression and raised concerns about the efficiency and accuracy of their services. Overall, I believe the hotel would greatly benefit from investing in staff training — both in communication and hospitality — and modernizing their systems to ensure a better guest experience.

The stated price did not match the quality. On the first day, it was wildly noisy in the hotel until 2 a.m., the staff could not cope with their duties and could not eliminate the inconvenience, and the bathroom smelled unpleasantly of some kind of swamp. The bathroom itself looked very sad and sad. The sockets in the bathroom were not working, and the staff was reluctant to correct the inconvenience. When asked to compensate for the inconvenience and refund the money for the first night, the manager promised to resolve the issue on the last day, on the last day, in the end, they told us that they could not help us in any way. We also went down for breakfast on the first day, but it turned out that there was simply no breakfast for us. Also, when asked to light a fireplace, I was told that you can do it, but you need to go and buy fuel for ignition. The price is not low, but it does not match the quality

The hotel staff were generally apathetic. The hotel was VERY loud with karaoke in the conference room and children screaming and running through the halls until late into the night. One night at 11:00 pm, the hotel staff woke me up so they could exit through my window to break into another room. They were not at all apologetic for this disturbance. Lastly, the hotel failed to charge me at checkout. I thought that I had perhaps paid through the booking.com app, but that was not the case. This resulted in having to pay for the room in a different method than I preferred. In general, it was not a pleasant experience at this hotel.

Dinner was good and the location was great. The hotel is located in the central part of Bakuriani and there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The property didnt have heating system because they claimed it was summer and they dont turn on the heaters although the weather was 10degrees in bakuriani and it is considered very cold. They didnt even have air conditioner to put it on heat to make the room a bit hot, it was cold and the night sleep was with a suffer definitely not visiting again and not recommending, the breakfast was poorer than you can ever think for that peice in that city, it is definitely a no no no👎
