Location was amazing, and the owner was kind. The place is well equipped especially the kitchen. However, I would not recommend anyone to visit between 1-20 December, since everything was closed. The season starts after 20 December

I absolutely recommend this property, it was truly amazing, The location was great near to everything, also fantastic facilities. The view was breathtaking, and the fireplace for nighttime fires was just wow, A special thanks to Lada and Nana for their quick responses whenever we needed assistance, We absolutely loved every moment of it :)

The property itself was perfect but the restaurants next door were playing high music all day and all night all week so everyone in the whole city was disturbed by it. It astonishing that they allow someone to put up so large speakers outside and play at full volume disturbing all apartments and restaurants in the whole area. There was never a quiet time in the apartment due to the music from Le Petite

It’s just as it looks on pictures. This apartment is a heart of Nee Gudauri. Everything is so close! You will enjoy not only restaurants, but also skiing/snowboarding! It’s simply one of the closest place to stay. Very cozy, nice, and clean apartment. There is simply everything you need. The host is great, responding very quickly. Two bedrooms with private bathrooms, downstairs there are two sofas for other people as well, with one bathroom and washing and drying machine, which was also useful for those who do a lot of skiing. Very beautiful place and the view.

Beautiful property. Very cozy yet spacious and it has a luxurious feel from the design and the materials used in the apartment. Very beautiful views from the apartment balcony. We stayed for our wedding preparation and we couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful apartment in Gudauri for the occasion. There is Netflix, a fully functional kitchen with everything you need with all glasses, plates, utensils, cooking equipment, dishwasher, a big fridge, literally everything you could ever need. They even provided wine and some welcome treats during our arrival, There is a supermarket within walking distance. During our stay, the ski season was not open yet, but the ski lift and slopes are also just outside the apartment building. There is also a working fireplace which is nice to keep you warm and makes the apartment even cozier. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are beautiful with spacious ensuite bathrooms and can easily fit 2 people in each bedroom. Downstairs there is also a sofa bed and an L shaped sofa that could sleep more people. This is probably the best apartment we stayed in Gudauri and definitely worth the money paid. I’d gladly recommend to others and stay there again in the future if we are to return to Gudauri.

location of the property was excellent and the view from all windows were amazing. The open fire was a luxury that we are not use to and the overall the apartment was very well equipped and spacious.

This apartment has nothing you can complain about. Its luxurious! Definitely it's value for money and the host is so nice and welcoming. You definitely feel home. Will come back again for sure.

Love the size and the location. Lots of kitchen amenities available. Owner was very responsive. Assistant was lovely. Only downfall was the top blinds remote did not work and could not be fixed in time, so had to wake up with sunrise. The microwave touchscreen was also stuck and would not work. Parties at times in the bars around were loud but only started after 4pm and did not finish late nor interrupt sleep.
