Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The staff was very nice. They let us leave our luggage at the reception before the check-in and after we had checked out. The location for breakfast was perfect: with an amazing sea view and on the rooftop.

AlgeriaThe pillows are not comfortable, no kettle, no fridge, no tea or coffee in the room, if these were there it could have made a difference. No lift for the luggage, especially that the price was not cheap!! For that price i could have had a 5* suite in another country. The bathroom smells mold and cigarettes, the curtains are not blind, the sunlight is strong, you cannot sleep , the window glass is not soundproof, you cannot sleep with the noise from the street. No choice in the tv channels 😕, all locals and Russian channels!

The view from the window is wonderful, you can see Black Sea, it's just across the street. The owner gave us a bottle of wine as compliment, it was really nice, too. Definitely recommend this place.

United StatesUnfortunately, we received a completely different room than the one we paid for. Instead of the 20 sqm room with an armchair described as “Featuring a terrace with sea views,” we were given a 14 sqm room (including the bathroom) without a terrace or an armchair, and the bed was pushed up against the wall. There wasn’t even enough space to unpack our suitcases. I showed our reservation screenshot to the hotel manager—she admitted the mistake, said she would refund our money, and that we could leave. But at midnight in a foreign country, we had nowhere else to go, so we stayed on the promise of a larger room the next day. The following day, we still got nothing: they told us the room had been extended for other guests. The owners refused any further compensation, even a token gesture. I insisted they at least correct the public room description on the website—from 20 sqm to 14 sqm—which they finally did for the “Double Room” listing. Make sure to check the room size before booking here—images showing an armchair and a terrace for a 14 sqm room do not match the actual description.
