The breakfast selection was very limited and one can see a noticeable lack of freshness or flavor. It didn’t meet the standard you’d expect from a hotel of this quality and price range.

The hotel had a modern design with a spacious and clean interior. The location was great—close to the city center and main attractions. The staff was polite and check-in was quick and easy.

The SPA could have more options like different types of sauna, also the swimming pool was occupied by jumping teenagers and there’s no one to tell them to stop

I wouldn’t classify it as a 5-star hotel, but overall, we were still pleased with everything. Just a heads-up: smoking is not allowed in the hotel, so if you’re staying on the 4th floor, you’ll need to go downstairs to smoke.

A really cozy and nice hotel! I spent the New Year’s weekend there and had a wonderful experience. Everything in the room was in working order, and the bathroom was clean with fresh sheets and towels. The room was cleaned daily, and hygiene products were replenished every day as well. It was quite spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. The pool was warm and complemented by a sauna, making it perfect for relaxation. The staff at the reception and restaurant were incredibly polite and helpful. While the views weren’t particularly special, it didn’t matter much as the overall experience more than made up for it. The food was very tasty, with prices that felt reasonable. The interior of the hotel was also beautifully designed, adding to the charm of the stay.

There is no sign on the main road indicating the turns to the hotel. The pool is open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. We waited a very long time for our order at the restaurant, then we waited a very long time for the bill to be paid.

There was smell of sewage in the bathroom coming from the floor drain and water coming up to the surface from the floor drain. There was 1 light that couldn't not be shut-off, the switch didn't work and couldn't shut it off.

The bed was okay. They gave a free bottle of wine.

Breakfast could be better What I didn’t like is that we asked for 2 double and 3rd room preferably double. On check-in we got twin which is ok but the reception argued that it’s our fault that we ordered it ourselves etc. Staff should never initiate arguments in my opinion. We were okay with twin room, but not with the arguments

It’s a bit far from the attractions, it’s perfect if you have a car or want to use taxis. The internet is terrible don’t expect to work or do anything important while you are there, the breakfast is traditional which is ok, I would only think they need real coffee as they only have instant coffee. For the rest the hotel is pretty nice

All the amenities are nice, the pool, gym and sauna are very modern and nice to used, there is ton of parking. The bed is super confortable and the room is quite sizeable

The rooms still need to be furnished better and bathrooms could be more comfortable. For 5* hotel the breakfast is expected to be more rich and diverse .

The A/C was the worst!! For a relatively new hotel, you would expect otherwise but the room started to cool only towards the early hours of the morning.

It's a new hotel started in 2023, offering standard pre-prepared breakfast. THE most comfortable nights sleep we've had in 6 days of hotel hopping! VERY cozy beds. The staff were kind and very helpful despite a little mix-up with our booking.

The food was not good at the restaurant. The hotel is still in renovation (last floor), and no outdoor space is available to spend time, only the spa terrace. They make a twin room as a double, meaning that you don’t get a double bed, which it uncomfortable, although the mattresses were comfy. No downtown location if it matters to you.

The swimming pool was closed. It was very disappointing. In the bathroom there is no space to put your makeup bag as there is only a small sink without countertop. And there is neither hair conditioner nor body lotion provided, that is very strange for a 5-star-rated hotel. The breakfast was poor and did not meet our expectations: there were no pancakes /waffles, no yoghurts, no flakes, no eggs selection (except scramble), no porridge selection (except oatmeal cooked in water), no croissants, coffee was not good (bitter americano) - very poor choice.

The front-desk ladies gave us a very warm welcome and managed to check us in a few hours earlier - it was super nice and relieving as we were with a baby. The food in the restaurant was very delicious - everything we ordered was really tasty. Cappuccino was really good - it is very important for me as for coffee lover. We liked spa procedures and the master was considerate to our preferences.

Some rooms are rather small. It’s advertised as 5star but it most certainly isn’t one. We had couple of mishaps with the furniture. The biggest issue was the noise. The hotel was hosting a company event and the music was blasting until 3am. I guess most of the guests were from that company and this might not always be the case, but we were unable to sleep until very late due to the noise.

The rooms and facilities were clean and new, breakfast was also pretty decent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The food in the restaurant was not very good, cheese in the khachapuri did not taste good. chicken and pork mtsvadi was very bad, it was not chewing well and the chicken had some kinda smell. after the first day, we tried to eat out. It was very delicious and cheap to eat in the city center.
