Comfortable room and value for money, good location which was near the bus station, restaurants and supermarket

Really good location, close to the bus station. Lovely view of the mountains and Gergeti Church.

I booked this hotel based on the photos of Mount Kazbeg View from the balcony of this hotel and this hotel location surprised me . I woke up for praying Fajr prayer at around 5am and the sunrise is around 5.30 am . I came to the balcony at 5.30 am and to my surprise it was a sunny day with no clouds around mount kazbeg and the white snowy mount kazbeg was shining due to sunlight and i cannot forget this in my lifetime. The Beautiful stepantsminda Village with surrounding mountains was a picture perfect landscape to watch from the balcony. The Room given to my family was on first floor and was spacious. The Beds were comfortable for sleeping. The Hotel is on a hill top but close to market and Maharaja Indian Restaurant for delicious food.

We are not given any help with respect to our luggage to shift from Ground to First floor as there is no lift.

The toilet flush did not work and instead of changing my room.. I was handed a bucket to fill water and pour in the flush every time. Only 1 old lady was available most.of the time who tried to help but sadly she couldn't.

This is a super amazing property managed by a father and daughter duo. It's said that there's a language barrier in Georgia, not even for once I felt that. I was welcomed with a cup of coffee and the father took care of everything that I needed. They offered me lentil soup in the morning for breakfast because I told I was vegetarian and would search something outside. A loving experience and I am going to definitely come back again.

If you are looking for a cozy place close to the centre, this is the one! Nino and her family were absolutely lovely and the breakfast was also incredible.

I had a fantastic stay at the Aloft Hotel in Stepantsminda! The rooms were clean and cozy, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Can't wait to return!

The hotel location is good, the hotel is quite new, rooms are cozy, there is a balcony, which is nice

The shower door was not closing properly, the water leaked from the shower, the hot water was not stable: it took a long time to come and then it became cold again. This is a basic requirement for the hotel to have a stable stream of hot water! The hotel owner didn't allow to enter the hotel with hiking shoes, which is fine, but didn't provide any alternative, like crocs. That can be understandable when coming back from the hiking, but he also requested to remove shoes when we just came back from the town!!! The rooms are not cleaned during the stay. We wanted to leave our luggage on the last day and the only option was outside of the building in the open terrace. The owner didn't allow us to use guest toilet on the last day, I had to argue for that. Overall, the service quality is poor, more like guesthouse with minimal service.
