The hotel is located right next to the airport, so if you are traveling by the helicopter, it is the best place to stay. It is a little bit far away from the city center, but the hotel owner Ana is always ready to help you out! The hotel has excellent views! Breakfast was very well prepped and various! Loved staying there in the piece.

We really enjoyed the friendly welcoming staff and the clean swimming pool. Nothing better than start the day with a cool swim. Or after a hike.

The dinner I ordered in the restaurant was not cooked right, so it was disappointing. The potatoes were undercooked (hard in centre), and the onion was burnt. No TV in the room.

The room was spacious and beautiful, and the hotel seems brand new. The swimming pool is great! The breakfast is rich and various, and I really loved that they have so much interesting food items to offer, things I've never tried before. The rooftop terrasse with hammocks is also great for relaxation!

We stayed in a double room and it was very comfortable. The terrace has a beautiful view, with the famous mountain peaks. The host is very nice, she can also recommend routes to visit.

For a couple of days we were unlucky to witness a group of russian tourists swearing loudly or walking around with their portable speaker forcing everyone to listen to their music. But it was only for a few days and neither the hotel nor the staff are to blame.

A great, newly built place that truly and wonderfully exceeded our expectations. For us it was ideal: located on the outskirts of Mestia (but very close to the airport and a 3 minute drive to the city center), surrounded by breathtaking views, scenery and nature. Trekking trails of all levels of difficulty, length and altitude are all around. The staff is very professional and sincerely tries to do everything in their power (and beyond) to make your stay comfortable. We had a great time there and I cannot recommend this place more for both summer and winter vacations.

We’ve been received by Maia, an extraordinary host. The location, even that is out of Mestia City, is breathtaking. We have a very good breakfast , the room was with mountains view and access to a huge terrace with 360 degrees views. The owner, Anne, is hardworking to make improvements in every corner. We recommend this hotel without any reservations !

My heart was truly touched by the warmth and kindness that radiated from the Annes Hotel. From the moment I stepped through the doors, Mako greeted me with open arms and went out of her way to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. The bed linen was as soft as a comforting hug, mirroring the tenderness and compassion of the staff. The people I encountered were like angels, their generosity and care enveloping me in a sense of belonging. The hotel is new, all nice and clean. The location is perfect. It is not in the city centre, so it is calm and offers a great view. Staff is very welcoming and responsive. Breakfast was great. Overall, highly recommended to stay here if you are going to Mestia

Amazing views all around. Breakfast was huge and delicious. The people were friendly and hospitable. Rooms were big with all necessary amenities. Located away from the town centre, but within a short driving distance. Thank you all for a great stay.

Nice modern clean hotel, helpful staff, tasty breakfasts. A bit far from center of Mestia, but with the car no problem and as I know the transfer is available as well. Very beautiful view from terrace, nature and mountains around. Pet-friendly, we were staying with the cat. Very good stay, can recommend it.

We stayed here for two nights and had a decent stay. Nice swimming pool and a good breakfast. So far, everything was fine. However, when we went to check out, we were told that we could only pay in cash. I wasn’t aware of that, and perhaps I should have read the terms more carefully on booking.com. I told the owner that I found it strange that in such a large hotel, it wasn’t possible to pay by card. Even the smallest shops and all other hotels accepted card payments. After I made this comment, she completely lost it. She said I didn’t have to pay at all anymore. She claimed to have issues with the bank and that I should have known it was cash only. She didn’t want my money anymore and completely freaked out. We still had 500 GEL, which we paid, and decided to withdraw the rest in the village. At our car, she was waiting for us again, yelling. We had to respect her. She also said she could call the police. We withdrew the money from the bank and paid everything. After this whole ordeal, I asked for a receipt, which she refused to give. Instead, she wanted to give me 20 GEL back. I insisted on paying every cent. On top of that, she committed fraud by cancelling my booking, likely to prevent me from writing a review. Booking.com has since reversed the cancellation. It was a really unpleasant experience, which cast a shadow over an otherwise wonderful holiday in Georgia.

We felt sorry for the dog behind the building, he’s very cute but it doesn’t look like the hotel takes good care of him :( all day on a very short leash without water.

The check in experience was not smooth, there were no dedicated staff for this, and a woman who said she was just helping the owner as a friend (not the one who gave us food advice), was handling the situation with a weird manners. Hotel is far from the city center, which might be comfortable for some, but for us, it was additional walk or drive, after a long mountain hikes. It’s nice that they have a pool, but loud music and pool party vibes was not what we were looking for at Mestia mountain experience. Bathroom was not comfortable. There was no smaller lights in the room, which is very uncomfortable for me. and the breakfast was completely different from the pictures, not in a good way. Also i would loved if they took a better care of their beautiful, big doggo.

The hotel has stunning views from the terrace. It offers great places to hang out, especially if you’re traveling as a group, like huge terrace and communal balcony, and the outdoor pool in the middle of the hotel. Our room had a nice balcony as well. Rooms are specious and bed was huge. The owner - Anna was very nice and helpful. And one of her friends who gave us the best food advices for the Mestia and made our stay delicious.
