I had a great experience with this hotel in every aspect. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and local shops. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay—including a washing machine, which was a big plus. I truly loved the hotel, and if I ever return to Batum, I will definitely stay here again. Special thanks to the receptionist, who was always smiling, friendly, and helpful—it really enhanced the overall experience!

A modern and clean hotel. The room was huge and equipped with everything that you need . Amazing ,delicious breakfast. Receptionists were fabulous and the service at the dining room was beyond any expectations. Thanks a million to Maryam at breakfast, you were a great help

Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their warm hospitality made all the difference. The hotel’s location is exceptional peaceful, safe, and spotlessly clean. Every corner was well maintained, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and elegant. I genuinely felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service.

Absolutely perfect apartment hotel. A large apartment with all comforts I needed, a washer/dryer, good hair dryer, kitchenette etc. Very nice staff and the location is perfect in Batumi.

This is the first time I had such a poor choice for breakfast in a 4 star hotel: lack of fruits, no bacon, no fried eggs, only one sort of juice proposed, lack of paistries. This is smth to be improved

Very spacious and comfortable apartment located very strategically. You can walk from there to the port area and its attractions, and to the old city. They have private underground parking, which is very important in a busy plave like Batumi. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good

- No essential hotel facilities like bell boy. - The breakfast buffet doesn’t have much variety but still provides basic items. - All suites should better have 2 bathrooms.

Staff were very helpful and especially smiley Liza who recommended us another suite for our extended stay as we needed 2 more nights. The suite she recommended was super with a very nice sea view and huge balcony. Liza is fluent in English and this was a big plus for me. The location is next to Batumi mosque, near cable car station and other popular destinations.

Nothing, as everything was perfect .

I loved everything about it. Prime location as one side faces the sea and the other side is old town and you’re in the middle of everything needed. The property is very clean, the rooms are spacious with lots of closet space. The service given by the lovely receptionist & maintenance is fast & full of hospitality. My special thanks & regards to Lizy, Tatia & Megie at reception & Mr. Lasha at maintenance who were very kind and helpful.
