It's hard to find things to not like. I would have liked some more coat hangers in the wardrobe. A full length mirror would be good as well.

The apartments are new and have been finished to a very high standard. The furnishings and fittings are high-quality and the space is laid out well. There is a socket by the bed. The space is quite small but sufficient for 1-2 people. The kitchen has all the basic things you need. The AC worked well, the shower had hot water and excellent water pressure. The views over the city from the windows and terrace are amazing. The location is very close to the old city and a very short taxi ride away from everything of interest to tourists. There was no noise at night and the area felt safe. There is a supermarket 2 minutes walk away that is open 24 hours and has an ATM. Instructions to find the apartment were easy to follow and I was even able to set up the key code so I could unlock the doors with my phone to avoid having to remember the code.

Among the minor nuances of the room itself, I can only note the small and low sink in the bathroom. However, the only aspect that caused concern was waiting for the pin code: I expected it a day in advance, then on the day of arrival until 3 PM, but only received it closer to 7 PM, which made me quite nervous. On the other hand, it was a pleasant surprise that for one night we were initially accommodated in a room that turned out to be bigger and better

Our stay in these apartments was truly a dream come true – to live in such a stylish and comfortable space! From here, a beautiful view opens up, and the cozy balcony beckons to enjoy morning coffee, prepared on the convenient coffee machine. The attention to detail was particularly pleasing: from the high-tech hot and cold water dispenser to the washing machine with two capsules. A comfortable bed and sofa ensured a perfect rest, and the beautiful kitchen created a homey atmosphere. A pleasant bonus was the cosmetic amenities from ELEMIS. The stay was a true delight, and I will definitely recommend these apartments to friends, as the staff here are incredibly hospitable!

I think most of the rooms are loft apartments, with basically tilted roof. So if you are tall, just be careful with your head :D Also, there is construction site nearby, so it was a bit hard to find the entrance to the building. But don’t worry, you cant really hear the noise inside the apartment.

The best accommodation from our trip in Georgia. Stylish, modern, clean and just amazingly beautiful. All the small details were thought through, would recommend 100% (also - can I copy paste bathroom to my own home - I just loved it!)

Finding the apartment in a newly built complex could have been tricky, but the detailed video instructions we received in advance made check-in smooth and stress-free. Parking is a bit of a matter of luck, but we were fortunate to find a spot nearby.

Our stay at Apart-In Georgia in Tbilisi was a true lifesaver during the scorching 40°C heat. While the apartment is compact in size, it’s perfectly suited for a solo traveler or a couple — equipped with absolutely everything you might need for a comfortable night’s rest, from a cozy bed and air conditioning to thoughtful little touches that make you feel at home. The interior is tastefully decorated and well thought out, creating a modern yet cozy atmosphere. One of the highlights was the picturesque view from the terrace — the perfect spot to sip a cool drink in the evening and watch the city lights come alive. If you’re looking for a stylish, functional, and blissfully cool refuge in the heart of summer in Tbilisi — with a view worth pausing for — Apart-In Georgia is an excellent choice.

Definitely the best place in Tbilisi! Incredibly cozy, well-thought-out apartments with everything you need: iron and ironing board, microwave, hot and cold water cooler. Absolutely wonderful roof windows and a terrace overlooking the Holy Trinity Church and the city. We fell in love with absolutely every detail. I also want to note the impeccable stylish design, cleanliness, comfortable bed, white bed linen, bathrobes and towels. And the location is 5 minutes from Avlabari, in a new beautiful residential complex. Plus super friendly staff. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come again ❤️

It’s was in a good location, new building. Has 2 restaurants near it (good for breakfasts) Good kitchen and the place is nice overall
