Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ChinaIt's a 10-minute walk from the metro station.and the metro station is next to the cable car to the TV tower, where you can enjoy the city's night view. The host prepared a different Georgian breakfast every day. Everything the host did was to make us feel like we were living in our home.thanks a lot

United KingdomThe location is a bit uphill so be aware, however this was no problem for me and you can always order a taxi (very cheap) if needed.
The owner was incredibly lovely even though there was a language barrier this was no problem. Wonderful homemade breakfast every day. Very comfortable room and a fantastic view on the roof!!

AustraliaIt's a little out of the way: 10 minute steep climb up from metro. Few eateries around this part of town. Not a big issue. Plan your meals around that.
Lovely place: best of 4 places, by far, that I stayed at in Tbilisi. The owner was charming: doesn't speak English, but very attentive. She makes a good breakfast: different to all other hosts. Beautiful communal dining room. Quiet neighbourhood.

PolandIt was so good that we came back to the same place few days later when we had to change our plans due to bad weather conditions. Lady who runs this Guesthouse is the most welcoming and sweet person! She doesn’t speak English beside few words but it was no problem for us since we understand some Russian. Breakfasts are amazing, traditional Georgian & all home made (please note this is not typical continental breakfast served in hotels) We loved the whole atmosphere and interior of the house- really vintage and full of history.

SerbiaIncredible hospitality of the hostess Natia is what I liked the most. She was preparing delicious and various dishes for the breakfast at agreed time and always with a smile. Also, antique furniture on the ground floor and beautiful paintings is something that makes difference with all other accomodations I had before. The room was clean and warm, bed was comfortable. Location was perfect for my purpose of stay, with the nice clubs, restaurants, supermarkets and metro station at walking distance. Also, a bus stop is one minute from the hotel. All recommendations.

SerbiaSome reviewers here need to get a reality check. I think it's ridiculous to expect Georgian people to speak Polish. Don't go slamming a place with 5 stars just because the staff doesn't speak your language. It's not cool, and it's downright racist. Bookingcom really needs to keep an eye on reviews like these. It's just not okay.
Staying here for the second time, and it's still just as perfect as my first visit. The hotel now has three floors and a large, plain terrace from which you can view a panorama of the whole town and the Ferris wheel. You can enjoy free tea or coffee, and, of course, water is always available in the lobby. Each morning, you get treated to a traditional Georgian breakfast, with different dishes every day. You can also request room clean-ups and fresh towels as often as you like. Just a heads-up, though, the hotel doesn't have an elevator – there's only a spiral staircase to the second and third floors. So if you've got mobility issues or you're a bit older, you might wanna think about that before booking. But honestly, the best part of this place is the hostess, Nato, who is always ready to help you out with everything.

Hong KongLiterally nothing.
The hotel is more like a guesthouse, but bathrooms are not shared. Good location on a quiet street, large bathroom in the room, wonderful hostess who is ready to help with any question. We arrived a few hours early on the day of check-in, but we were offered to stay until the room was ready and offered a traditional Georgian breakfast. Breakfasts are the best of all that we have ever eaten in hotels. The hostess cooks them every day, they are always different and incredibly tasty.

CyprusWe stayed for 5 days and the cleaning could be a bit better during that time. But the host was very helpful and gave us new towels the moment we asked for them, even though they were changed again later that day.
The host is amazing! She is very kind, attentive and helpful. She also makes amazing home-cooked breakfasts for her guests, you feel like you actually are at home! The location is very good: on a quiet street yet close to the center and Rustaveli metro station. It exceeded our expectations!

SwitzerlandIt's not a huge inconvenience, but when you want to enter the hotel you have to ring the bell and wait for someone to open. Also, the room I stayed at was at a different building than the official adress, they messaged me before saying it's their second building, which on the map is a hotel under a different name so it was a bit confusing. Payment was only possible in cash.
The woman working at the reception was really sweet and even prepared some breakfast while I was waiting for my taxi before the official breakfast time. The room was basic but clean, the bed was definitely comfortable.

IsraelThere is no elevator (of course - it is a historic building), so you'll have to carry your suitcases up a floor or two. The entire region is on a mountain slope (the whole city is!), so you'll have to walk up and down on the streets.
Hotel HOME is a very pleasant place to stay. The rooms are well equipped (fully functional bathroom, air conditioning, fridge) they are in a perfect physical condition and very clean. The first floor looks like it was taken "as is" from the 19th century - the furniture and even grand piano! WIFI works well. A new terrace on the rooftop provides a breathtaking view of the entire city on one side and of the TV tower (illuminated in the night) on the other. The owner's hospitality makes the atmosphere even better. The hotel is situated in the historic part of the city, so there are plenty of food stores and restaurants not far away.
