The place of stay is unique, near to the center but also quiet, nature is simply gorgeous. Host is super welcoming and hospital. Neaty yard and rooms. There is a kitchen to kook self but also restaurant where your can order your breakfast and dinner.

It is not in the Center of Mestia, just a nice 15 min walk to the town Center To start the trial to Ushguli you are very well located here

The toilet was smelly and the room had some mouldy smell. I told the staff but she brushed it off saying that’s because the window is closed and I had too many things ! I wished I had spoken to the owner lady directly

The owner lady was super sweet and caring. She made pancakes for my kids and was always ready to help. The property was in a very nice and quiet location and had all facilities for a comfortable stay

The room was quite small and the beds kind of old and uncomfortable.

Though it was close to the center of Mestia it was very quiet because the house is a bit behind the street. We preferred this location to one in the very center. There is a huge garden and courtyard that we could use which was nice for our children. The terrace has a nice view to Mestia. The family was very friendly.

the price is a bit more than expected for the food, before we were there, I called and was told breakfast and dinner together charged 40₾ per person, when we arrived, the chalk board in front of the small eating place listed breakfast adjusted with 5₾ increment, we ended due to language difference paid an increased price

WiFi was unavailable most of the time during our stay and was too slow when it was available.

The guesthouse has nice common kitchen. We had a picture of bedroom in one of our bedrooms (not really a bonus, but an interesting aesthetic choice).

Had cockroaches in the room and bathroom, twhich wasn't what we could expect. Also 5 of 6 bunk beds had rewly old matrasess, that you could feel the springs pointing into your back. Oversleep.was.realy bad.

The room it self was okey, place had some extra place to sit outside, had a big kitchen and yard, to repack the things.

Of the 12 guesthouses in Georgia in the same price range that we stayed in, this is the only one that I would not return to. The pictures on the listing don't really reflect reality. The person who met us and served breakfast seemed quite down and wasn't apologetic when we mentioned a couple of issues. We were not given the room that we had booked but didn't realise until later when we couldn't sleep due to a really loud noise coming from boxed in pipework. It sounded like a large rodent scratching but could have been a plumbing issue. We didn't find out what it was. Breakfast was pretty bad in terms of taste, quantity and value compared with all our other experiences. Blue mould on bread was shrugged off when we took it back to the kitchen. There are plenty of other places in Mestia to try out. We cancelled our post hike night here and stayed in Ushguli instead.
